Grabbing before it is gone for good.
PES Made one run, and once it sells out it is gone for good.
Since they revamped the flavoring to be dominant white chocolate and backend mint it is my favorite flavor next to vanilla on the PES line. It also mixes very thick too. Makes great pudding.

This is on the way...if you are unaware, Speculaas are like a butter / gingerbread cookie made here in Belgium and are very popular. You may see them also called Speculoos or possibly Biscoff. They are a bit different than a normal gingerbread cookie though, less spice, and sweeter. If they got this protein flavor to taste like it, it could be amazing.

I wish I could just eat a jar of Speculoos... I mean this is America and I can, but my conscience would stop me...or the bellyache I suppose. But that stuff is the bomb!

6 on lifting days and 4 on just running days...sundays are usually my rest and family day other than maybe a light run if i get up early enough, and that is the day when i don't dose at all.

Doesnt corner us to just the keto crowd. Many athletes and MMA guys and girls/gyms use and love the product but they don't often buy things with "Keto" on the label.

A few local gyms, supp shops and MMA/crossfit gyms carry it.

These are currently mostly distributed on the local level not online. Though we do keep some in stock online but hardly any. Maybe only 250 at a time. Mostly to just see how it sells with zero marketing

I’m halfway thru my second bottle of Epi-Plex and enjoying it so much I got a third.
GlycoPhase has been a staple for over a year now I think and still loving it.

thanks for the recommendation. i don’t do keto, but do go long periods without eating during the week. just don’t know if there’s benefit in dropping the cash for this expensive product.

Its an electrolyte powder/hydration complex.
Keto or not anyone can use it.
Just because it comes from KetoShop doesn't mean you have to follow a keto lifestyle.
Same with Glucasatrol (anyone can use it) his immune products, whey, isolate etc.

Exactly, KetoShop has numerous excellent products many of which benefit anyone regardless of diet choice.

You basically need to look at whether your hydration needs are being sufficiently met. Is your diet and/or current electrolyte supplementation protocol meeting your performance needs?

For years I didn’t understand the importance of electrolytes. They are the cornerstone of optimal performance - most of the muscle is water! They were a game changer for my training.

If you are eating lower carbs, training intensely and/or for long periods, or not salting your food and paying attention to your potassium intake you may find a tasty electrolyte powder useful. Adding plain salt or potassium to your water or food in large amounts can really taste nasty.
