It’s that good I bought more of it and the cookie butter flavor, and believe it or not I like the cookie butter better than the chocolate...they are both that good.
 
So Xtend nailed this flavor when they called it Molten Chocolate Cake. It’s legit. Might be the best chocolate protein powder I’ve had.

I’ve seen a lot of conflicting info on soluble corn fiber but it doesn’t seem to have any significant impact on blood glucose. Anecdotally I can eat 2 quest bars and not get kicked out of ketosis

Damn that’s interesting for sure, assuming these are the new quest bars not the old ones with IMO right?

Definitely recall reading a study that compared IMO, SCF, and placebo. IMO had a big impact on blood glucose but SCF and PLA group had no significant differences, will see if I can find it when I have the time. I eat quest bars pretty regularly, hasn’t seemed to have an impact on my urine ketone levels but definitely interested to learn more here

That's what I like to see! Someone hip to dosing Lugol's Iodine! Unreal how many benefits it has. Literally knocked out the "can't get off my couch flu" in 6 hours for me. Dosed to a protocol online at 5-8 drops of 5% every 2 hours, from 8am to about 4pm, I literally sat up on my couch, the FLU was GONE and I was able to work out. Couldn't believe it seeing/feeling it in real time like that.

Finally popped my Bang cherry. I was on vacation and decided to lift one more time than expected so I was out of pwo sample packets. Sh!t hit me good! Surprised it was only $2 at gas station. I was eating way too much and GDAs can only do so much, ha.

These protein crisp are amazing, basically a rice crispy treat with a layer of chocolate on the bottom, birthday cake mix in the middle, and chocolate drizzled on top. Very very good imo. Different than the ordinary protein bar.

I almost pulled the trigger on that Muscle Marinade deal, but have never had it or saw any reviews on it. Let me know how you like it.

This is the new and improved Cinnamon Roll Quest Bar. The new bar contains chunk inclusions, more cinnamon roll flavor, and a drizzled topping. The bar base provides a subtle buttery undertone like a fresh baked cinnamon roll that is enhanced by the cinnamon flavor. Where the bar really shines Is the icing glaze and chunk inclusions. The glaze on top packs a luscious sweetness that resembles a vanilla icing. The chunks to me formed a slight glaze on the inside. This is nothing like the chunks you would get from Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough or Cookies and cream. The inner glaze resembles a light caramel glaze which actually works with the bar base and icing. All in all Cinnamon Roll was not even a top 10 flavor for me in the past., but with the upgrades it does crack my top 5. Great job Quest on improving upon the past.

Out of the wrapper you can notice the bar has the usual quest bar texture with the added flakiness from the chunks included on the inside and outside of the bar. Right out of the wrapper the bar had a soft texture, which was an issue with some of the original formula bars that got hard very quick. Overall I found this easy to eat right out of the wrapper and it did not need to be microwaved or broiled. I could puncture the outer layer with my finger.
