Both have been discontinued for so long so I felt it was unfair to put that on the list of products. Because AI Sports would be near the top for whey based if it was still around.

Just tried the Ghost Chips Ahoy. One scoop in 6oz water. Thought it was meh. Not bad but not great. Glad I only bought one tub.

Thank you for the feedback, curious to hear more. Was considering ordering some on that BOGO tomorrow, but I can’t get it to work with mix and match flavors and don’t think I want to commit to two tubs. Sparta works with mix and match so debating on trying two more of their flavors, but I thought the double stuffed I just got was pretty overrated. Solid 8/10 and about on par with PES, but not great.

Yeah I am gonna drink mine with milk first go around and see how it is. Got two tubs for $25 a piece so even if it’s so so in taste department the protein blend is still good.

Because ghost is all about the hype and social media.


Hence why other companies are going down that route.


I was very disappointed when I tried peanut butter cereal milk, after all the rave reviews and hype, glad it was only a sample

Same with man sports, got some cookie stuffed cookie and it was meh.

On the other hand taste is very subjective🤷🏻‍♂️

I have really enjoy the Ghost Protein Flavors I have tried, I will agree on the Mann Sport however !! I guess our taste differ in some cases.

Man iso-Protein >>>> Clean Protein for flavoring. Cookie Stuffed Cookie was average at best.
If you want pure cookies and cream flavor ... Beverly is the GOAT tastes like an oreo milkshake. Highly suggest.

Ghost is different since its chips ahoy that has actual pieces of the cookies, so I can see some people trying to compare it to a CNC based flavor and be underwhelmed.

Not everyone will like Ghost, just like not everyone will like other brands and products that are put out on the market. Take each review you read with a grain of salt, form your conclusion, and spend your money as you wish. Plenty of products and brands out there to satisfy your needs.

Iso surge is by far the best isolate I have used for maintaining its flavour regardless of if its mixed in water, almond milk, milk or yogurt.
 
It’s does have pieces of chips ahoy in it. It’s just that the base flavor is nothing special. Kind of chalky. Makes me thirsty afterwards. I think I just had unrealistic expectations for this one. Like I said, it’s not bad at all. Just not something I’m going to buy again.
 
Never tried ghost crew checking in.

I’m always suspicious of products where there’s tonnes of hype. Makes me think they’re trying to mask the fact it’s not great.

On a more positive note, got 2lbs Xtend pro cookie butter and it is incredible. Don’t know how this one doesn’t get more attention

This goes to show you how everyone taste things so differently I had and reviewed a 2lb tub
of the Xtend Pro Cookie Butter and found it horribly bitter :( and a few others I know who tried
this flavor said the same. For me Metabolic Nut PB Cookie is one of the best PB Cookie flavors
and Spartan I've never tried any of their proteins so can't I comment on it. These were PB Choc Chip
protein balls that I made using this protein and even the bitterness came through strong on these
protein balls which didn't make these very tasty to enjoy.

You got me interested. I think Beverly UMP is the best chocolate but haven’t tried Xtend Pro yet.

I LOVE choc and dark rich choc for me beats milk choc and Cellucor Choc Molten for me
has been the best whey that I've enjoyed but it's been a while since I've had it. Most recently
Muscle Beach which is a multi blend protein which I prefer blend over whey has a very good
choc flavor and I loved it right down to last scoop which I made these with.:)Invalid Link Removed
 
One of the 4th of July sale was too tempting. Package got delayed due to a warehouse error but it do be like that sometimes. Got the box of powercrunch as a freebie though so no complaints from me. I'm very happy with these two rule 1 flavors

I haven't tried GHOST anything, and really interested in some of their offerings. That being said, I'm a Graphic Designer and putting a flashy label on anything will heighten your view of the product. Optimum's Protein from what I remember sucks, just all around, but if they updated their labels to something flashy and inviting there would be a different perspective of it.

I just ordered the Molten Chocolate. Wondering why this is $10 cheaper Isolate than literally every other brand for the same serving size.
 
I ordered ghost chips ahoy. It's fine, maybe 6-7/10. It's definitely not living up to the hype. I also don't like PES whey flavorings, so I guess I'm an outlier.

I enjoyed Animal Mocha and Iforce Blueberry muffin much more recently.

On the subject of flavours and protein, with all these gourmet flavours coming out, my favourite so far was PES’s frosted chocolate cupcake. Now that was a treat.

I like it but first impression is that it’s not their best flavor. I have only had only in a shaker with water. Will try it later in a blender- I think it will prob make a difference with the thick mix ins of cookies.

Noted it is way better than man’s cookie stuffed cookie which was absolutely terrible

I know this is one crazy old post but it made me think of LGI Secretabridge which was probably my favorite natural product and wondering why nobody else has made something similar to it with wild yam extract like diosgenin etc. Anyone have any ideas? I still have one bottle tucked away for when I really want to kill it at the gym I'll pop a couple because for some reason that stuff feels like legal anavar to me so when I'm coming off a cycle it's beautiful

Whoever in this thread said the loopy fruits tastes spot on like trix thank you! I took your word and you were right, it is DEAD ON. One of my favorite proteins I’ve ever tried, legit 10/10. Was a bit worried after getting 5lb of the double stuff cookie and finding it mediocre

If the solution is right about that Xtend pro chocolate then I’m going to be pretty damn happy with this haul.

I’m thinking about just tossing my tub away of the Chips Ahoy. I’ve only had a few shakes so far but I’m just forcing it down. It’s becoming torturous lol. Just glad I only bought one tub.
 
Local shop gave me a sample of Beverly UMP Graham Cracker. It’s was very good. I would definitely buy a tub of that.

I used to use a good bit of the Beverly Protein, I always enjoyed it. They are a good quality company.
 
Got my XTEND Chocolate Lava Cake last night. I have to say, this is one of the best chocolate proteins I have ever had tried pretty much every brand you can think of. I was really blown away by how good it is.

I'm glad i'm not the only one who loves loopy fruits, i think sparta got the flavoring on that and the cinnamon one spot on, i love both those, by far the best tasting protein i've had

Try getting a tub of a chocolate, peanut butter or even vanilla of a brand you know you like an mix a scoop of each. Or half a scoop of each if your a single scooper kind of guy. May create a bearable taste and you don't waste the macros or money.

It's slightly less shi*ty with water imo. Still, pretty awful considering the hype around their flavoring. I prefer the flavorings of OL, Animal, Sparta, MTS, Beverly, and MSI over this.
 
I'm shook by the bad chips ahoy reviews lol. You'd think a collaboration would have some spot on flavoring. Man I really wanted to try this too. Those of you who bought at three letter store, I do believe you can exchange it if you don't like it.

I think the Apple Jacks one is great too. Kit kat and PB chocolate are really good but all the cereal ones are amazing
