Chocolate peanut protein from BP is the boss. They also do a pretty good pre-wo in cherry cola flavour which I could drink all day.

They have a presence in the US too but I don’t know how much of their products are available compared to here/Europe

Cherry Watermelon - After mixing up a protein shake in 4-6oz of Almond Milk/Cashew Milk I noticed the primary flavor is the cherry. The cherry is very tart but really gives you a great flavor for a product that has no artificial colors or dyes. The watermelon is a mere aftertaste that picks up as it tickles on your taste buds. Overall the Ratio is around 70/30 in favor of cherry. There is a bit of zing from the stevia, but that is to be expected with how the product is flavored and the very small ingredient profile. For what you get this is very well done and true to its label name.

Mixability



Isolate protein powders dissolve almost instantly. I used 4-6oz of almond milk for a shake and tossed the scoop on top of the liquid. After shaking in a blender bottle for 15 seconds there was foaming, which the product claims would happen. Besides the foam, there were no mixing issues.

If the no artificial colors or dyes do not attract you, then just roll with the regular iso100.

oh i know all about them... repped for them when they first came out and worked pretty closely with the owner to help name some of the early products... guy is a total douche and screwed me out of a lot of supps I was owed as payment

I get that, just a personal issue that I will not order their products after being involved with them and knowing how they operate/treat people. Nothing wrong with the brand though as I think they have great products... just garbage people ha

The ripeness and sweetness of the fruit are captured, but you are still left with a refreshing pineapple flavor. The ratio of flavors is in a 60/40 mix with a slight edge to the strawberry. Primeval Labs does a good job of giving you exactly what is on the label and this is definitely a great tasting product. They did a good job improving the flavoring from Mega Pre Black.

Sometimes pump products that contain ingredients that attract heat and moisture can clump very easy. To my surprise when I mixed up mega pre red I had no issues. I used 1 Scoop in 8-10oz of water. I prefer to dilute my supplements and I still found the flavor to be strong and refreshing.

Chips Ahoy – Have you ever grew up and dunked chips ahoy cookies in milk? Guess what that is exactly what this protein powder tastes like. The collaboration with Chips Ahoy is spot on to the name of the protein powder. There are small bits of chips ahoy cookies that are covered in chocolate throughout the whey. Not only is the buttery undertone of a fresh cookie embraced in every sip, but the true flavor of a cookie is noted from the very first sip all the way through the aftertaste. This is my new favorite Ghost Whey Flavor and a complete game changer.

Mixability

I mixed this protein shake with 1 Scoop of the Whey and 4-6oz of cashew milk. This mixed with ease. There was no clumping left in the shake as the powder started to mix hitting the liquid.

When mixed in Greek yogurt (plain) I also found it to mix with ease. There are also no issues when utilized in baking. I find it to help the final product rise very well and make an incredible baked good.

What you have to love about Ghost is the open-label on the whey protein. The only other added ingredients are cellulose and xanthan gum + Sucralose as the sweetener. There is nothing hidden in here. With a very basic formula, the greatest inclusion is a Ghost Enzyme to help breakdown the way for those who may have a slight lactose problem. This will settle very easy and sit well for almost all consumers.

Most people are geared to cost-effective whey/whey blends on the market. My best piece of advice is you could half the dosage on the ghost whey and pair with a vanilla protein powder to get the enhancement of the Ghost flavoring.

Got 5lb spartan double stuffed in the mail today, that flavor is suuuuper overrated in my opinion. Felt the same about the 5lb protizyme pb cookie I got as well. Both are good, neither are great.

On a more positive note, got 2lbs Xtend pro cookie butter and it is incredible. Don’t know how this one doesn’t get more attention

It’s really good man, hard to describe. It tastes like the picture on the tub haha. Maybe a bit of caramel, a bit of pb, and a bit of cookie. My current stock is

Xtend pro - cookie butter
Protizyme - pb cookie
Sparta - double stuff
Olympus - pb and blueberry
Ghost - blueberry
Cellucor - cinnamon swirl

Out of all of these the Xtend is actually my fav. I love trying new flavors, so if you are in the US and interested in a sample trade let me know!
 
I have not had real cookie butter unfortunately. Might have to try their chocolate some time though, my fav for chocolate is pes select

Hopefully my vasoblitz arrives today so I can try the strawberry, just ran out. USPS was supposed to deliver it yesterday but said “access to the property was blocked” which is impossible, kind of frustrating haha

Cinnamon Milk – Right away the initial flavor is the pure milk taste you get when cereal sits in a bowl of milk for a prolonged period of time. That is soon complimented by the cinnamon flavor as indicated on the label. The milk is the dominating factor with the cinnamon being the aftertaste. Primeval Labs found the happy medium to give you the best of both worlds in a very refreshing and tasty way. If you are hesitant on the cinnamon being too strong or too sweet that is not the case. Isolit is a pure isolate protein powder. The texture of the powder is very thin and mixes upon touching the liquid. Given the makeup of the profile it mixes thicker than I expected. The main reason could be the added Xanthan Gum. I found 6-8oz to be a sweet spot to capture the flavor of the protein powder.



I also enjoy mixing protein powder into Greek Yogurt. I mix 1 scoop of Isolit into 6oz of Greek yogurt and found it to have no issues when stirred with a spoon.

It's heavy on the spiced component for sure. But nowhere near the worst pumpkin protein I've had. AI's No Whey Pumpkin was terrible. The combination of their flavoring with the texture of those plant-based coagulant proteins made me gag. Probably one of the only proteins I've ever tossed.

AI Sports had 2 Pumpkin's (One that was vegan and one that was whey based). The Whey based was one of the best made, the vegan was not due to ingredient profile and trying to mask the PEA/Brown Rice Makeup.
Both have been discontinued for so long so I felt it was unfair to put that on the list of products. Because AI Sports would be near the top for whey based if it was still around.
