It's the good kind. On a Serious note, you can look up and see the quality of r-ala supplements a couple years ago and see why people suggested 600mg which is pretty high. It was pretty bad. I think coop was around and preaching back then about better quality. Sometimes more doesn't = better. Some people have adverse reactions to high dose ala/rala/narala because of mercury chelation and the mechanisms r-ala has on the body. Generally resulting in that feeling most people get pre-keto (close to the same symptoms.) Fatigue, headaches ect. With 50 mg, you're getting benefits still but not a risk of this. I am personally one of the people that gets an adverse reaction and none with predator.

Everything in predator is made with a purpose in mind.

The berberine is SUPER berberine. You can use lower doses with super berberine. Again, more is not always better. Side note, talk to anyone who has used 1000 mg of berberine. NOT FUN. Even with 1000 g of carbs. Pyrobatt tested and thankfully it wore off lol.

Cinnamon is well researched but it's not the cheap kind. I believe we use the variant that is not toxic with long term use.

Chromium picolinate works with insulin in the body to metabolize carbohydrates.

Banaba leaf is rare to find in a supplement now days. Actually pretty effective acutely to reduce blood glucose for about 90 minutes.

I wasn't planning on it but I could! I know there are already a fair amount of logs though so I'm not sure it'd get much attention. Maybe if I pick up some x gels to run with it then the log would peak some folk's interest a little more.

It is always best to run a product by ITSELF, so there are no other factors which would skew feedback.

I took half a scoop and 2 hrs later the other half. Nothing too crazy, but i am pretty stim tolerant. will be doing 1 scoop tomorrow.

Haha, or at least SOME food. This is the first GDA that has made me feel hypo if I don't eat within 20-30 minutes of taking it (at two caps). Obviously the purpose is to take it before food, but sometimes life with 16-month-old twins gets in the way and dinner gets delayed for a bit!

I may or may not have tested it on a 6000 calorie cheat meal in preparation for a bench pr.

My maintenance is around 4500 @ 258 atm.

It wasn't that much in comparison. I'm also 6'5.

Beverly Graham Cracker -
I got 3 Scoops from a local gal at my gym to try out. Mixed 2 scoops in 10oz of Cashew Milk. Mixes super thick due to being a blend, but does not have any issues with mixing or clumps which is a bonus.

Taste - Pure Graham cracker. Very little cinnamon aftertaste, but the density of the graham cracker is pure. They absolutely nailed this flavor. If anyone has ever had SAN Chocolate Graham Cracker they did a good job on balancing both flavors. Beverly gives you a dense graham flavor that is deep in aftertaste and is strong even in the aftertaste. For anyone who loves graham crackers, buy with ease. It is not CNC good (their best flavor), I would still rank it top 3 with Rocky Road.

Wow that makes me feel small! My maintenance seems to be somewhere around the 2500-3000 tops! Still trying to narrow it down but regardless an extra 1500-2000 is a lot!!!
