Hey folks.
I've noticed that I've always been a slow healer. Whenever I get a cut or any form of damage. I seem to take so much longer than average to heal up. My partner heals so quick and it sort of annoys me lol
I was in the dentist 2 weeks ago and got 2 teeth removed (For new replacements). The dentist said let's have a look at your extractions. She just went hmmm. Seems like it's taking a little longer to heal.
I eat a good diet. Got a good exercise program.
What is my body missing? Is their any supplements that would speed up how quick I can heal? I do have oral bpc 157 at home. I don't know fully what to add in.
Is collagen protein worth adding in?
Would fat intake impact my healing? I don't eat alot of fats tbh. I do add them in but I would say it's at the low end of normal.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
