What ingredients are the latest & greatest to improve pumps, or boost N.O during a workout?
The easiest option would be High Volume if your looking for a powder its been proven time and time again most don't even need the max dosage. Pill version Hydro3 From Olympus Is Top Notch you cant go wrong with either choice really.
Citrulline 6g
Agmatine 1g
Nitrates 1-1.5g
Glycerol 1-1.5g
Warm Body Temp
Adequate carbs around your workout
Adequate liquids (some pump products need 16-20oz of water) to make them effective (IE Hemavol)

Too high for citrulline and nitrates, IMO.
Many nitrate based products have 1g some upward to 3g of nitrates.
The company you use to rep for has 2g of arginine nitrates in High Volume

Supplementing with that high of a nitrate dosing would be plain stupid.
Surely you guys understand he's talking about the total compound + bound nitrates not just nitrates.

Chiming in to learn,
Why would going that high be stupid?
Ineffective?
Not safe?
Not really, when he recommended 1-1.5 grams of nitrates above in his first post.

We all know.
Exactly The Point.... Most products on the market contain around 1-1.5g of Nitrate based ingredients (Creatine/Leucine/Arginine/Potassium)
Some upward to 3g
Right, but not all yield the same amount of nitrate on a per gram basis.
Arginine and creatine have 2 different weights. 1.5g arginine nitrate doesn't yield the same amount of nitrates as 1.5g of creatine nitrate.
A gram of creatine nitrate is ~ 320mg nitrate, while a gram of arginine nitrate is ~260mg nitrate.
Someone please correct me if I'm mistaken.![]()
I know a non stim with 3G creatine nitrate and it has 2g creatine and 1g nitrate when broke down
So your point on 1g nitrates is still too high to take would be taken with a grain of salt since there has been no real negative feedback on that non stim pre workout to date and many people handle it perfectly fine .
Sorry if my initial post was not clear to you as the others got my point from the start.

(on top of your 6g of citrulline recommendations, which is also overkill when taken in conjunction with nitrates).

Nonetheless, 1.5g of nitrate is a lot and something I would personally never recommend.
To your first point, fair enough. Given those ingredients are commonly combined, I assumed you meant in conjunction. My Original post never suggested taking everything together.
OP asked "What ingredients are the latest & greatest to improve pumps, or boost N.O during a workout"
and i gave him ingredients and suggestions. No where does it say "Take all of these together"
No where did i state OP had to combine Citrulline or nitrates either.
if you got my point like the others have pointed out you would understand that 1-1.5g is very common with most products/ingredients/profiles with NoHomrone & Driven stated. Which was my intention since post #1 Almost all nitrate based products (pre-workouts) will be in conjunction with Arginine, Leucine, Potassium, Creatine etc.
To your first point, fair enough. Given those ingredients are commonly combined, I assumed you meant in conjunction.
To your second point, you seemed to have completely ignored my post. You can't just take words out of context like that lol. Terrible. Many people who view web forums don't actively post, so I wanted to clarify that 1.5g of nitrates is not a smart idea. My point, again, is that 1.5g of nitrates (bolded, so you don't miss this again) is not something I would recommend. 1.5g of nitrates is not commonly found. As bonded to an amino acid, sure, but not as a nitrate salt.
Please show me how many products provide just "Nitrates"next to none. Almost all the products suggested on these boards and sold in stores are going to be in conjunction which again is my point form Post #1. Ill edit so you don't have a heart attack.
I'm lost !!
I got a roadmap bulging out my arms atm if you need directions?

Been using High Volume for the first time and the PUMPS are better than any other product I have tried. The only one that comes close is I-Force's Hemavo2 when paired with Max out.
