I just started my first ever Msten cycle at 41 years old... Now I'm kicking myself for not getting blood work done before hand. Am I being too paranoid?

I would continue, pct and get bloodwork after 6 weeks off. Then retest 4 weeks later. That's your baseline if it really bothers you.
