You dont understand...I have a dictionary from 1762 that I bought in my local antique store. At that time good was spelled god and the o was pronounced "o͝o" when followed by d, so it was really "good given" to us.

All of these are pretty accurate... the only one that is spun hard is the gas price one. The whole campaign had those numbers, but failed to inform the public that 1.85 was right when the economy was on the down hill. Just prior to the 1.85 it was in the 3s.
 
also gas prices are one of the few commodoties that arent truly based on supply and demand, its based soley on speculation. so i can see that point but also whenever a democrat is in office gas prices always rise, always have and always will. Also, the effect is more dramatic when said official is from an extreme background and has openly made comments about moving away from gas/oil/fossil fuel dependance...all reletive

It goes up during Republican era's as well. Bush Jr. and Bush Sr. are examples in my head that stick out.

both bushes also had major conflicts in the middles east without trying to find alternate sources for oil production....which drove the cost up, war also ALWAYS drives petro products up. they also continued to rise with clinton so this has been an on going trend.

and also since the clinton era inflation has been on the rise at an alarming rate, which is hard to recover from when it comes to gas prices since that it such a driving force of overal cost of living...

Both parties are a really single monopoly, they are all financed by the same people. They just take turns screwing us in different ways at the same time there never really is any significant real change.

I tell people in my community (strong Obama support), Obama is all "change" on the outside and all continuity (referring the Bush policies) on the inside.

somewhat...i didnt like either one to be honest. I also dont subscribe to the illuminati or invisible hand theories either...sorry ax. I think that there are far too many outside and unimportant issues at hand that are driving this country into the shytter and it needs to stop. put ron or rand paul into office with ax as the veep and itll all be taken care of!

I was referring who finances both parties....and who they both allow to lobby them. I didnt think that was much of a conspiracy theory but facts rather easily attainable to find. Political financing and lobbying is a major issue and I dont feel this is democratic and takes out true choice.

I want Ron to retire and go away...not because I dont like him, but I think he deserves to vacation till the end. Its going to be up to the youthful movement he left to rise up.

i misread your post. that was my fault and yes your absolutely right that lobbying and interest play far to strong a role in politics. not only is it morrally wrong but its also illegal, ( on paper anyway) but who is going to call them out and do anything about it.

i have noticed though that you have said some things that allude to the fact of a "presence" of secret societies...not saying your wrong, i just dont think that they are quite as influential as most conspiracy theorist believe them to be

If you want my personal opinion, I feel that those traditional "secret societies" such as the Masons for example I dunno much about. Im not sure which post you were referring to though where I mentioned that.

Im my opinion, I feel powerful influential groups are found by following the money. By that I mean, bankers, Federal Reserve, World Bank, corporations, etc...which many can be found meeting up with the Bilderberg group.

I think you may have seen me recently refer to secret societies when I was engaging in debate (probably with my buddy Southpaw, lol) but that was kidding around.

You have to look at resources too such as land, water, minerals, etc....Who owns them, who controls them. That stuff to me counts far more than money thats printed out of thin air and prone to instant collapse and value.

I think Mantaur (and correct me if I wrong) was referring to other societies such as the Illuminati. CFR, Bilderberg, UN, etc....are clearly out in the open.

he is from the popes bloodline and raised as a mason/illuminated one. he is now a Christian (which you may not care) but I learned alot about masonry/illuminati and how all of the groups mentioned plus many more fit together in the grand scheme.

I havent studied the Illuminati much but Ill look into that for sure. Id like to see how much power and influence they really have to day as power always has competition.

they all seperate and very difference agendas with common goals and many have common ideals while others have very opposing ideals...IE illumanati and masons, and occupy and alqueda, weather underground and UN

Number one let's get this out of the way, Tupac is still alive. Aliens exist. Morgan Freeman is really Jesus and Big Foot is what I've nicknamed my penis, just because I was bored. With that out of way, no I don't watch nor I do follow MSNBC (as that seems to be everyone's favorite counter in here lol). I read a lot of books, A LOT of books. I hardly watch television to begin with. I've followed NPR, BBC News, CNN sparingly, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal etc. I'm not against corporate ran media, but again, I READ A LOT, so trust me I come to play ball and I'm well informed. :)

Not really relevant but after my dad passed away I found a manual (for lack of a better explanation) for free Masons.

I might have to look for it again, but I would assume it was like ceremony stuff or something of the like. Wish I would have opened it up and read some of it but I was like 15 and wasn't very interested.

It was old as hell too.
