I'm on Phosphatidic acid Ya'll

Yeah I tried swallowing the granules whole and the fullness kicked in the middle of my workout. Usually it kicks in about 15 mins after chewing and eating.

As soon as I arrive Fearn,
Surely I will follow this advice;)

Chew the granules,
No swallow!
 
i was disappointed in my king run as well. still have 2.5 bottles, so i'll give it a whirl again

also running Magnitropin, ABE and 2g ArA

I felt nothing from KING . It killed my stomach.both versions
those who want to try PA , run soy lecithin granules at least 2g of PA. :) i bet you will love it
 
Recently finished up 30 days on the new King and didn't really see much... Switched over to Fearn at 1.2 g and I'm finally starting to really see some results in my 3rd week . Muscles are much fuller and dense. Haven't seen a ton in the strength department tho

Dose 2 or 3g oF PA . You will see nice strength gains and not to mention musclefullness
 
On Soy Lecithin, Im still not noticing a great strength increase, but a definant increase in size and fullness.

Same experience. Noticed some acute strength gains on a few doses, but mainly muscle fullness and size. Was at 2 tbsp for about a week and now just started 3

Chewing releases digestive enzymes, so probably enhanced absorption due to using one's body properly @_@

Yea that's right, salivary lipase is the enzyme.

1 hr before workout is optimal for the soy lecithins or is it like creatine and doesn't really matter?

Pre-workout on workout days and any time on off days.
 
It's crazy how much better this is then king. People keep saying I look bigger and more so than when I was on "other" things. This should be a staple for everyone!
 
Tbh, I never mentioned it in the past but after switching back to Micro-PA from original King, I filled out more again. Right now I'm using Now SL, when I finish the tub and start back on Mediator, I'll see if I shrink down or fill out again. I have an open bottle of Micro-PA and 3 (I think, haven't looked in the closet in awhile) new bottles to finish. LoL.

At 1200mg of pa:

extreme dense/full muscles & a slight boost in strength. The increase in strength isnt anything crazy, but it is definitely noticable.

How is the NOW brand? I can't get any of the preferred brands people have mentioned, but can get NOW easily (they don't list PA content but most of their stuff works great).

i think someone over at bbcom emailed them about their PA content, from memory they said it was between 7-9%? I can double check for you, but you should be all good with NOW

Tbh, I'm pretty sure that they are all going to work roughly the same. Soy is going to contain a specific ratio of the different phospholipids and vary just slightly. I would go for it.
 
The only difference between Fearn and Optima,
is the% of Phosphatides.
Fearn at 97%, Optima 90%.
 
Got my fearn lecithins yesterday..
They actually taste quite good. Good enough to where I ate a handful before bed just because lol.
 
nah, i havnt looked into it myself in any great detail but others have said the liquid has much lower phosphatide content, so it dosnt appear quantitatively similiar to the granules in the way we are wanting

also, De_eb has recommended going for lecithin that is deoiled, Im not entirely sure if liquid lecithin is deoiled...just go with granules (theyre cheaper per gram/serving, arent they?)
 
how much ya dosing? when i ran og king (750mg pa) it took about 10-14 days for muscle fullness to fully manifest, but when i double dosed (1500mg pa) the extra muscle fullness was pretty much acute (within 24 hrs)
 
so taking powdered sl would increase bioavailability, right? i can get this healthforce sl powder

dunno if the healthforce is 'better' than fearn/granules, but it certainly is more expensive per serve

my next buy will be 4 of the lef tubs
 
I have been taking it for 2 days. Not sure if ive noticed anything yet

Took me a week to notice the increased hunger (subsided quickly though within the second week or so).

Muscle fullness didn't become noticeable to me until about 2 or so weeks in iirc. Strength gains was very modest and it was only a hindsight 20/20 thing when I looked at my progress roughly ~40 days in.

This was from Micro-PA. I'm using Now SL at current. I've been using PA in some form for at least 8 months straight now.

Yeah, I think I'm going to go with LEF too. But I might get a tub of HealthForce as I plan to use the powdered SL for baking and cooking in general
 
just a heads up if youre gonna cook with that stuff, the high heat will decrease the pa content

I'm closing in on about 2 full weeks...1st week 3TBS preWO, 2TBS on off days...kicked it up to 4/2 about five days ago...really haven't noticed any appetite increase or strength increase (of course), but def have that increased muscle fullness thru the day (not made any dietary changes), nothing overwhelming like a ph pump, but have been impressed regardless...gonna add in some ABE soon...then shortly after that some X-gels
 
Just a question, there is talk that soy contains High amounts of phyto-estrogens, is that not the case for soy-lecithin ?
