For the price of the lecithin, you're not really spending much money at all to take it on off days. Any additional benefit you get out of it seems like it would be worth the cost of taking it on rest days.

For sure, and I agree with any pragmatic reasons for dosing away from training.

But there is a difference between "Yeah, well, its possible dosing on off-days will promote muscle synthesis...may as well dose then, especially considering the low cost"

and "well, we have such-and-such study showing that its probably beneficial to dose away from training"

To me "probable" is more convincing than "possible".

Thats the reason I have been pursuing this question, to find out if there is anything more rigorous (than mere "possibility") demonstrating probable MPS benefits to dosing away from training.
 
Lysophosphatidic acid is just phosphatidic acid with a single fat group instead of two fat groups.

It is used as substrate in the synthesis of other phospholipids as part of the phospholipid metabolic cascade.

So yeah, that's why it shows MPS/mTOR activity similar to PA.

So its thing is to assist other phospholipids in doing their thing?

Have you seen the new version of King's content label? If so, does it look legit to you (the nutrient breakdown of 'Activator')?

I just want to let you and other know KING v2 didnt nothing for me. Seriously, even double dosing it i felt no musclefullness,no increase in apetitte like i did with microPA.

1g of Activator blend i believe its maximum 200mg of PA.. maybe not that much.

I'm going to second this. Very disappointed with the new King. But the first dose of SL (2 TBSP) gave me the appetite back.

Yes with 2 TBSP u are getting 1.2g PA :)
I tried OG KING but it destroyed my stomach.diarrhea,like boiling in my guts, sick farts,upset stomach. Then tried KING v2 and same issues with KING v2 like OG KING. Must be the Niagen!

I really felt NOTHING from KING v2..
MicroPA 1.5g (double dose) i really feel amazing musclefullness,pumps,apetitte, weight gain without eating more than i usualy do ,strength and size gains too
 
I cant find fearn lecithin in my country, only puritans pride that is 16800mg per serving of phosphatidylcholine... am i getting the correct? Im no expert but i myt ask around here who know this stuff. :)
 
I'm wondering if the reason PA never did anything for me was simply the dose was not high enough. I'd like to try the lecithin route, probably in the Fearn brand, maybe 3 tbsp preworkout with my Conqr3r scoop...

I'm trying this too as king did not do huge things for me. I got some fullness, but that is it. It hurts my stomach too, but i have like 6 bottles left!
 
i'm going to start 5 caps of King, 1.25g pre wo and see how that works... 750mg just seems to give me muscle fullness but most of my weight gain has come with magnitropin's commencement.

can't wait for ArA to take effect though
 
I just took 3 king and added 1 tbs fern to my conq3r. It tastes good in it! I'll do this for a while and see how it goes.

Careful with more king as it might kill your stomach!

Im actually beginning to think that 750mg of pa is too small a daily dose to see any significant acute strength effects, especially after some of the soy-l feedback elsewhere; or, if that amount of pa is plenty for acute effects, then perhaps the other phospholipids are underrepresented in such concentrates

Are you taking just King and not the soy lecithin.Correct?Also you taking a preworkout powder with it?

My timing with King and other sups is this:

1 hour pre I have a rice cake with jelly, 5 caps king and 3 caps magnitropin

45 mins pre I have 5 caps ArA, and 1 scoop Vaskular (1.5g ArA total) and 1/2 scoop Focus XT

20 mins pre black coffee
 
My stomach was fine if not better with 3 king and one tbs Lecithin. . The pumps were way better than before with just three King!

PA gave me:
-size
-strength
-musclefullness
-pumps
-inceased appetite
-weightgain without eating more (due to glycogen retention)

Used PA since april and I really feel a huge difference when on and off

Good lawd, that A50 looks highly questionable. There's like a shopping list of random herbs in there :P

The AE looks kind of questionable as well... especially the cestrus nocturnum...
 
Soy protein contains the isoflavones that mimic estrogen. Soy lecithin has a substantially smaller amount of isoflavones, if any. There's a good chance you consume something with it as an emulsifier daily so there is no reason to worry about it.
 
There was a thread in that old Patrick Arnold forum that went into length about how it wouldn't matter even if you took in a lot of soy protein.

Just picked up 2 Fearns for $3 each from the vitacost.com store because the cans were dented :)

Finishing up on new the version of cutler king... Havent noticed much from King besides some muscle fullness and an increase in DOMS.

Will keep updated on the difference once i jump from 750 to 1.2g of PA in Fearn granules.
 
I'm using 3 tablespoons of Fearn's lecithin as of Wednesday this week. Too early to tell anything yet. Is anyone else using lecithin for their PA source?
