I'm on my first cycle

so far I bought test P and Tren after I was done with my test e I used Tren twice and started coughing like crazy and my joints were hurting so bad so I naught glucosamine and multi vitamins I've been taking daily I stopped the Tren and got test e I just finished with the test e how long should I wait to jump back on a cycle and what should I do in the meantime?
