Silver...to be different.


I hate corvettes tho, I see atleast 10 a day. Get somethin different if you can.
 
Personally, if you can order up a custom paint, maybe with a pearl, that would be the way I'd go.
 
It's a vette i'm getting.

I looked at other sports cars and couldn't find any..


My friend drove a porsche boxer (yellow) we got looks everywhere we went... And boxers are everywhere! it's the person who's driving it that counts.
 
I really like their Machine Silver Matellic...But if you are set on Yellow or Red, get the red.

I think the yellow looks nice on those Vette's, and I don't like yellow as a color. It's a tough choice, but if I had to choose between the 2, I'd personally go with the red. It looks good either way though.

But I second Cuff's comment on the Pearl custom paint.
 
white is my fav color for cars, but on the vett id take black or dark blue.
are those pics of the real cars you are looking at?
look for a ZO6 if you can. it`ll be the ride of your life.
 
My mother got a C5 for a midlife crisis car, luckily I got to drive it a lot. Fun car, very different feeling from the turbo'd 4 and 6 cyl's that I'm used to, and the gas mileage wasn't TOO bad as long as you controll yourself.

As to the color question, my personal fav. is dark pearl blue with light tan interior, I don't know if this can be had on a vette but it looks GREAT on jags :). Between those two, I'd choose yellow. Nothing screams "I'm a yuppie!" like a red vette (IMHO of course ;))

BTW- my dad was looking into using the C5 yellow paint on one of the Lolas he is restoring, it is certainly one of the nicer shades of yellow out there. It's not too bright and glaring, kind of subdued.

What year Rx7 do you have? I have wanted a 91 R1 yella for ever. Soon she will be mine.

My 2nd car was an 80 rxz, went through 2 engines. :(


As far as the Vette, get the YELLA
