I'm a noobie and about to prove it!!!

So I've decided to try something other than an NO and creatine, and now this is where I'm confused about what to try 1st.

First off, I'm 31, 6'3", and 225 and been lifting about 3 yrs. I bulk through the winter (long dark cold nights in the northeast) then cut thru spring.

There....

Now, I can't decide between superdrol NG ( which I read is gone but still available), 3-AD, or a MassF/X-hyperdrol stack, which from what I gathered is a T-booster and helps with cutting. Soooo, any reason I couldn't do the 3-AD first, then do a Mass/Hyperdrol after for cutting?

I've read and read and only find arguements so even the smallest advice is appreciated...

Thanks!!

Also, if I do start with 3-AD and what not, can I still do creatine loading and take an NO pre-workout? Thanks!!

Novel idear, dude! Tips...hmmm... Well, to be honest with ya, there's a vast collection of knowledge right here in the AX subforum about 3-AD, MFX, HX2, and SDNG. You'll find a lot of information, and we try to get the conflicting information set straight whenever we see it. But basically, if you're set on something and have questions about it in particular, it'd be easiest if you asked and we addressed things one at a time.

But to answer one of your questions, you can do a 3-AD bulk, transition into your PCT phase by dropping calories as needed, and transition gradually into MFX/HX2. Best bet though is to give yourself a period between post cycle therapy and the MFX/HX2 stack that is the same time as you were on 3-AD. During this "hormonal free" period, get yourself organized and ready for the cut. Back to back cycles? Not best for your body. Bulk to recomp to cut? Yup - that you can do!

Alright...DISCUSS!! :P

So for gaining mass (either lean or not so much) would the mass fx/hyperdrol be best or 3-ad or 3-ad and something else? Just by reading descriptions of both the products and results from them they all seem to do the same....And I figured a good 4-6 weeks at least between cycles, if not more....thanks!!

To be honest with you, if you are just starting out and getting into more "hardcore" supplements, I'd go with the MFX/HX2 cycle before jumping into 3-AD. Sure, there are good results all around. But for your body, it's good to be more gradual getting into more potent products.

Depending on the time and money you want to spend, I would do as follows:

8-12 weeks MFX/HX2 - 4/each per day
8-12 weeks off - (Same time you were on)
30 days 3-AD - Run 6/day for 30 days (2 bottles)
30 days aPCT - mandatory for after your 3-AD cycle
30 days off

That takes you pretty much up past the end of the year, but it's one helluva plan!!!

Well, I figure I haven't done barely any lifting all this summer, so once I start up the "muscle memory" should kick ass and I should make some good gains right off the bat, and then hopefully with some "help" (read 3-AD) shoot right past where I normally would start to taper off again. Dunno if it'll work that way, but that's the plan.....

During the summer I work quite a bit more and go camping, fishing, do the mind-boggling amount of chores and try to stay outside enjoying the sun as much as possible, so I don't really wanna run any cycles of anything thru that time of year, since I stay out of the basement where my weights are.

Any thoughts of using a nitric oxide booster and creatine with 3-AD? I like those more or less for the mental boost, since I think they help and so they in one way or another....

Thanks for all the help, td2!!

Anytime, man!!

I suppose that you could use an NO and a creatine while on 3-AD, but I wouldn't. When I think of NO products, I think pump. And when I think creatine, I think more endurance. BOTH of these attributes are also associated with 3-AD, but in a bit of a different sense. NO products often give you a good bit of a buzz from stimulants, which may be helpful if you get lethargic while on 3-AD (it happens). 3-AD will give you a longer lasting pump because it will increase your red blood cell count, helping to shuttle nutrients into your muscles faster. Combining the two "pumps" might have negative effects: so much pump that you may not be able to complete a full range of motion. It may look neat in the mirror to be all "swole", but it can suck a bit, too. ;)

Creatine I think is always great because it helps shuttle out that lactic acid. You can keep it in there for that reason if you'd like. But getting rid of lactic acid means you can work longer, and that's something that I REALLY liked about 3-AD. My endurance is usually crap, but with 3-AD, it shot through the roof. So if you use creatine for that aspect, just keep in mind that you may not need to do so.

One last thought... When you have finished 3-AD and your PCT, you need to take time off of anything hormonal. Have any plans for then? I ask because that's the time when creatine and NO products might do you good. It'll bridge the gap between cycles and give you that "edge" to keep chugging along. If you keep on them throughout your cycle, they may not be so efficient or effective as they were when you first began. Just food for thought... ;)

probably my first plan after the 3-AD cycle would just be to stay with the creatine and NO, and probably switch my routine around a bit....I'd like to do bench/squat/deads 2x a week while on 3-AD, hopefully to do the most growing all over, then start doing the "vanities" (isolations) in maybe a 5-day split, which did work good for me before but I only hit everything once a week.

I was using BSN's NO Xplode, then after awhile switch to gaspari's Superpump 250, but the effects do seem to weaken after time...

Thanks again!!!
