IGF2/ANABETA/FREETEST/LITUP BULK STACK LOG!!

Ohhh I loved DC. I blew up. I had a feeling you would find yourself getting some serious munchies!!! Keep hydrated.
 
Ok just a quick update as i'm taking my morning dose of free test and IGF..
This is NO BULL**** either.
I slept AMAZING last night.. Idk if it was the 4 caps of igf2 before bed, but i slept so deep and wokeup so rested.. my only complaint was that i woke up 1 or 2 times to pee!!
Oh dont worry organic shadow about that hydration I'm used to poundin water in school i prob put down 1 gallon by 2-3pm yesterday.. up till 10pm so i might of almost hit 2 gal.
 
Just smashed legs, felt GREAT. I can tell my body needed that deload week cause i felt strong today. It was my second time hitting 275lb squat since i stopped dieting, and i hit it for four sets 6,8,8,6.. My legs and core overall felt much stronger than two weeks ago when i only hit three sets of 5..
I know i can probably hit 315 for three sets of 4-5 but I'm going to try to hit 275 for 4 sets of 8 before i bump it up.. will easily hit that next week..
I used to squat 315 before i started dieting, but i would use a wide power stance. Since the contest, I am focusing on quad development more than my ego and my weight,(that and i have a slightly herniated groin so a wide stance is BAD) so I am squatting about shoulder width toes only the slightest bit out and about a .5-1inch pad underneath my heels, hitting it as DEEP as i can..
I was stronger overall for the rest of my workout too, went and hitup breakfast at a local diner, 3 eggs 6oz steak sizzler 2 slices homemade wheat toast some hashbrowns.. Smashed it and... easily hungry an hour later.
 
as i told you before, IGF 2 is the best GH product and promotes the best sleep. people think im just pimpin my companies product but im really not. i have been saying this well before i was a rep. IGF 2 is much better than HGHup IMO.
 
I believe it dude i slept GREAT. But like you said sometimes its hard to tell if somebodys "pimpin their company" or not by promoting their products ya know..
I'm a believer in that igf works for sleep, but i'll wait another week before i start praising it
 
I'm in for the ride, exact stack I'm looking into for my bulk in a couple months! Stoked to see how this goes!

I'm just in the last six weeks of a cut, started in June was so outta shape almost 20% bf. I'm in the 5th week of HGHup stacked with lipotrophin am&pm also taking rpm which I love!
 
Lipo PM is sooo underrated. it is such a solid product.

as far as product pimpin goes, no matter who i work for...if i dont believe in a product, i dont talk about it. i only suggest products i believe in no matter if i love a company or work for them. i dont want to hurt my own reputation by talking about a product that sucks ya know.

bean, what percentage are you at now? you should have come down quite a bit off that stack.
 
Well for the first 10 or so weeks I tried my own diet that worked a little (I feel like I wasted about 6 weeks or so on that) then since aug I saw a trainer mainly for my diet and am currently 9%. I'm pretty proud of myself cause I love food lol, and if u saw the b4 pic I took ud understand how far I've come. This however is where I always get stuck or in a rut. My trainer ( who is a long time natty bodybuilder) says he wants me around 7% b4 I do a bulk, and since I've added lipotrophin am & pm I have noticed a huge difference as far as cravings. My goal is two years from now is to compete on stage so we shall see. I love this sight and am stoked to see how aceronis stack goes cause I have my IGF2 already just need to get my free test and AB in the nxt month or two.
 
Just an update.. Had a good day, minus only getting 7hrs of sleep (was up late studying) so I was a little tired.. But other than that I had a great back workout.. strong + full of energy.. Pulling the most i have since ive dieted.. numbers only going to keep improving :)

Back is all outta wack cause i had class and sat down ALL DAY.. literally 11am -8pm..
Good thing i'm seein the chiro tmr. get me all fixed up and i'll be ready to hit chest /tris/ maybe some delts..
 
Got my adjustments, and a bit of A.R.T done on both my rear delts and arms.. feelin good.
Went in and hit chest and tris. I was decently strong for my third heavy training day in a row.. But my pump was INSANE. and for another night ive had AMAZING sleep. I'm sold on the igf2 for the sleep. thats for damn sure.
The guy workin at the gym said I'm fillin out, and told me to put my hoody back on cause i was makin everyone look bad ... hahahahaaa
maybe the AB is startin to fill me up :head:
 
thanks guys.. Think i'm gonna hit legs for the second time this week tomorrow (different movements probably a lighter rep range) then probably take two off days.. then hit delts, then legs (heavy squats) and start all over again...
Speaking of if i'm hitting legs for my fourth day on of nonstop big bodyparts i better go EAT BIG!!!
 
Anabeta gives your body a "pump" throughout the day. Combined that with Lit Up during training and your set. I did a log of Creatine Nitrate and Anabeta and the pumps were just sick nasty. i loved it. Im on sustain alpha right now...i have a bottle of IGF 2 just sitting here....im about 3/4 of the way through SA and kind of want to take IGF 2. Also on lit up. Last natty cycle I took was the Creatine Nitrate with Anabeta during the middle of the summer. Ran HGHup, IGF 2 back to back during last Feb....think its time to jump on it or wait a few more months?
 
Not sure what you should do man you gotta listen to your own body and to be honest i dont know **** about cycling anything steroids, ph, or natty products.. i just figure you should be off them between 2-3x amount of time longer than you are on them...? thats just my two cents.

I took an off day today, seeing that i had hit my three large muscle groups back to back to back.. That and each and every muscle in my body felt WRECKED.. I think i'm seeing an increased DOMS, but then again this could be from lifting heavier.. Due to this soreness I decided to take the day off, and I will hit legs tmr (usually try to hit em 2x a week but i couldnt hit em for the 4th on day in a row, woulda been a ****ty workout) so i just figured id take it easy, study tonight, eat big (maybe a pizza or two :wink1: ) and hit em hard tomrrow..
Honestly though, I AM STARVING!!!
I seem to be a little bit fuller from the AB but I wouldnt say i have a all day pump.. But I do notice that my pumps in the gym have been absolutely insane!
Other than that I noticed i was stronger and more amped up for my workouts, and generally I have been in a better mood.. Although towards the end of the week I have noticed a slight aggression.. ESPECIALLY if i get hungry (which could happen as soon as 1 hour after i eat)

so far so good guys. I haven't weighed myself at all yet, but I was looking at myself in the mirror today and I was like "DAMN, I'm DRY, and pretty full too!" This was pretty surprising for the breakfast I ate, which included some salty hashbrowns and some saaaaaaaaaalllllllllty pancooked ham, on top of the 1c oats 1 bannana and 4 eggs, (which is what I have been having) I'm assuming the effects of the stack should become more pronounced as i enter into the 2nd week.
 
the aggression may be the test boost from IGF 2, Anabeta and DAA in Lit Up. monitor that for sure. btw, im on IGF 2 now haha love this stuff. its freakin candy to me
 
Had really bad allergies this morning, kinda ****ed my morning up.. I was real tired from them and just plain old sneezin nonstop..
was layin around on the couch REALLY tired didnt want to go train..
I got up and hit legs, had a pretty damn good workout and was feelin good and strong once i got up and movin in the gym.. And now that i'm back i'm feelin GREAT. 100% better.

edit:: been pretty busy / stressed out w/ the school semester coming to an end so i havent been posting that much or in detail.. but i'll try to get more detailed frequent posts up.
 
Ok so i wouldnt say i have a pump but i feel kinda full / hard and i definitely look full right now =)
Can feel it when i flex. for sure.
Side note.. ALLERGIES SUCK!!!
Honestly I cant breathe through my nose my eyes are on fire and my nose drips.. and itches..
makes me even lose my appetite =(
 
I can safely say that i am more vascular, slightly dryer / leaner even though ive been eating more and even ****tier..
I can also safely say that I have been having BOMB workouts, always so amped once i get going in the gym!
 
Hit delts today, had a pretty damn good workout. Since i havent given you guys a sampler yet, here it is:
I ALWAYS do prehab for my shoulders, any time i train. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS. This includes internal and external rotations, face pulls, sword/sheaths (trainer calls em that idk real name) and sometimes YTWs.
This gets my rotators nice and warmed and my scaupluae warm as well.
After all that i started up..
seated db rear delts (palms facing behind me) 30x15 four sets 45sec rest last set do a drop set to the 20lb dbs for 15 reps
seated db press 60lb x 11,11,10,8,8 last set run over to the BB and do seated BB press for 15 reps.. BURN baby!! (1min max rest)
low pulley lateral raises (leaning away from the pulley for better isolation) 30lbs x 20,20,18 last set 20lbs x 25 reps (45s rest)
low pulley Widegrip upright rows 50x15,20.. 70x15,15.. SUPERSET with high pulley rope pulls (targets scapulae and rear delts) 50x20,20.. 70x15,15.. (45s-1min rest)
Then i did four sets of seated DB shrugs.. I've been doing shrugs light lately cause they irritate my **** so.. i did 60lbs x 30,25,20,25 (45s rest) then i did a few sets of neck extensions or neck curls w/e you wanna call it 5lbs x20,15,10 5-10s rest.

Felt pretty damn good throughout the workout, and got quite a solid pump.. wanna hit 5x11 or 5x12 with those 60s..
 
Another day another GREAT workout.. But I must say, I felt some shame, being that it was monday, and I was training my ARMS (I'm more of a legs + back kinda guy). I even started with barbell curls, IN THE SQUAT RACK. Yes, I felt like a complete tool doing so, but nobody was there squattin so.. why not?
Anyways here goes:
BB curl: 45x25, 65x18, 85x12,12,11,10 dropset down to barx15 (1minute rest max)
Standing Alternating DB curls 35x9,9,10,8 dropset 20lbx8 (45s rest)
EZbar preacher (20lbs a side so ~55-60lbs roughly) x11,11,12,10 dropset to ~35-40lbs x 12 (30-45 sec)

then i did some triceps
BB skulls: 45x20, 65x18, 85x10,9,8,6 dropset to 45x14 (started 1min rest by last set was at 30-45 max)
bodyweight dips 20,15,18 supersetted with seated dip 15,12,14 (1min rest max)
then some cable french curls to finish it off 50x15,70x7,8,5 dropset 30lbx15...
finished off with 4 sets of forearms

Couple notes: I havent trained my arms seperately in a few weeks (had just been stacking them ie, bis on back day and tris on chest day, but i did an extra arm workout this week) Because my arms sometimes get suuuuper tight from being a seated student all day, and training them makes it worse.. Felt good tho so i went for it.
I felt pretty strong and amped for the workout, the usual with this stack. But I must say, being that I am a student and this is the week before turkeyday break, i have been swamped w/ papers and exams and i have been studying nonstop and it has TIRED me out... Suprisingly though I've still had DAMN good energy in the gym!

I weighed myself this morning.. 1 week of the stack (this is day 8) and I'm up 3 lbs, and looking leaner / fuller. Feelin strong too!
Definitely enjoying the stack and looking forward to the next few weeks!!
When I was at the gym my buddy said i looked full, but honestly I didnt think I did.. hmm?
 
Nice! How's the eating going? Clean or just whatever. I'm just curious, Is pretty easy for u to keep body fat down or are you sensitive to what you eat? Keep up the good log I'm enjoying it and getting more anxious to start my identical stack myself. Sick of cutting LOL. Only six weeks left though I've never been more motivated! Found out my T levels are on the low end of the scale (bottom of normal level) so real anxious to see how I react to Free Test!

i gave a bottle of Free Test to a friend to try and he experienced lots of headaches. do u have this problem?
 
Um I usually eat pretty damn clean -- most of what i eat is from my contest diet with increased carbs and fats of course..
But I guess it's always been easier for me to stay lean (if i eat clean 90% of the time and train 4-5 days a week), but if i eat bull**** not so much..
I guess I HAVE been eating more stuff than usual though.. For example, I've been going to a local diner and getting a cattlemans breakfast, which includes 3 eggs 6oz sizzler hashbrowns and 2 peices whole wheat toast..
So no i'm not running around eating mc donalds, but yes i have had some pizza here and there.. ACTUALLY now that i mention it my mom made some real nice home made pie and i had some with ice cream last night :head:
that was awesome.. but ya like i said the majority of the time 3-4 days a week im hitting that diet 100% then probably once or twice a week ive been getting a cheat meal in whether its been the cattlemans breakfast or some pizza. its happened.

but no, no headaches..
OCCASIONALLY I'll get them from studying and being on the computer, but no headaches have been experienced since i started if i am correct. I had the ****s for a few days but I can attest that to some chilli that was WAYYYY to hot, and primarily to me not eating enough veggies (none) for a day or two..
yeah.. i know. i still hit my macros buuuuuuuut i just happened to slack way to hard in the vegetable dept and i paid for it >_<

pretty f'in vascular. most of the time. my vascularity looks like it did when i was dieting, (kinda) but i'm heavier =)

I'm thinkin as thanksgiving gets here i'm not gonna worry about it just use these extra cheats to my advantage and get fkin HUGE!!!!

ALSO, I remember most ppl saying they get their maximum results from their SECOND bottle of freetest, so i'll probably end up grabbing that after the holiday (unless appnut has black friday deals <_< >_> >_> <_< )
 
In reply to the second bottle of test, I've researched appnut a lot and been in their forum on here and they all say two bottles for free test, igf2, and HGHup, and I will attest to that, second week of second bottle of HGHup and man I'm noticing the strength/endurance/muscle hardness quite significantly, and I'm cutting so the strength is shocking. Noticed sleep benifits right away but this second bottle is great so far.!
 
for sure! and as far as giving you the runs, it can be due to Free Test. that is quite common for the first week or so because it contains Forslean. and as far as taking two bottles of everything, that goes with almost any GH and/or Test booster, not just AppNut. Any brand you buy, i suggest doing it. HGH takes some time to show what it can really do in our bodies. thats why when sports players are on HGH, its at LEAST for 6 months.
 
Just tell him to take it with food- FT has a decent amount of zinc in the formulation, and it can give some people nausea and/or headaches when taken between meals
 
Felt pretty full throughout the day.. Prob cause i hit arms yesterday and took an off day today..
Tomorrows legs.. Gonna see how i feel but i'll prob try to squat 315 assuming my lowerback wont be shot from sittng down all day today typing a paper thats due at midnight >_<
Still though general overall good mood.. Schools been kicking my ass, had an exam in microbiology on monday and the paper due today.. just tires ya out studyin / writin / researchin nonstop.. Luckily thanksgiving break is upon us time to rest up recharge for the last few weeks of school and EAT big to GET BIG!

Lying hams 45x25, 20... 90x20... 120x10,10,10 drop set to 90lbs x 25 partial reps (1min rest)
SQUAT bar x 20.. 135x 14, 10..... 225x8.... 275x8... 315x 6,5,5... (between 1 and 1.5 minute rest)
HAX SQUAT 1plate per side x10, 2x10, 2p+25plate x 12,12,12,10 with 20second quad stretches inbetween (1m rest)
leg extensions 120x18,16,15 dropset to 90x8 (45sec)
reverse hypers 100lbs x 10,10,9,9 (1-1.5min)
seated hams 195x 15,15,12 w/ 20second stretches inbetween (30sec rest)
didnt hit calves was too gassed, but felt damn good.. nauseous at the end up good.
was really happy to hit 315 with my narrow squat stance (shoulder width slightly less and toes pretty straight, with about 1inch pad under heels)
I havent hit 315 since i quit dieting and it felt AWESOME. cant wait to hit it again!!

EDIT:: noticed i was REALLY full at beginning of wokrout.. i love spplitting AB into 4 sep doses
 
yeah i had micro two semesters go before the RN program. i was the shizzz at lab haha. nice updates. gonna get fat like me on turkey day!

Ok so ended up training chest on thursday, and back on friday..
I've been in a good mood overall throughout my days, and I notice I'm usually feeling strong once I get into my workout. I've determined I like spreading my anabeta out as 4 seperate doses is better for me than 2before and 2 after.. seems to have alot more effect on my thirst and hunger that way..
sooo heres my chest/tri (plus a little reardelt work) workout from thanskgiving:
Seated dumbell rear delts (i focus here on keeping my back tight against my legs, parallel to the floor, and my elbows out, with my palms facing behind me) I get a MUCH MUCH better rear delt isolation this way rather than keeping my palms facing me and elbows in.. I have to use less weight but again, i'm trying to isolate the rear delts.. soo 30x15, 35x12,14,14,12 dropset to 15x15 (45s rest)
Dumbell incline press 50x12.. 70x10,10,10,9.. 50x12 dropset to 35x10 (1min)
Isolateral hammer str decline press 2plates per side x 12,15,14,16 dropset 1plate per sidex20 (45s-1m)
chest fly machine 100lbs 7sets 10 reps 10 seconds rest ( CAN YOU SAY PUMPED!? )
straight barbell skullcrushers 90lbx7,8,7 dropset to 50x15 (45s)
ez barbell french press 60x16,12,9,8 dropset to 40x15.. rest 15sec do 20 more reps (each set about 45s rest)
Id have to say this was a damn good workout, I REALLY got a pump from those stretches inbetween my incline dbs and from that FST style fly set. Felt good and strong throughout. I really like the LITUP, it gets me focused and strong, but no JITTERS. I love caffiene but i HATE being overstimulated.

Friday, BACK day. This is my absolute favorite day to train
I started with BB deads. My stance is just like my squat stance, slightly less than shoulder width with toes straight forward. Im pulling from the floor with about 1/2 inch pads under the plates to help me get under the bar more...
I was resting between 1 and 1.5 minutes because I was helping my buddy squat today as he is prepping for a powerlifting competition..
Gotta love it i'm deadin in the powerrack and hes squattin in the half rack!
Ok so the good stuff my deads..
135x10,17.. 225x10... 275x6 (didnt have straps on and no chalk, and my grip is weak so i threw on straps for the next set) 275x10.. 315x5,6,6
Then i went right into barbell rows off the floor, some call them pendlay rows. 135x10, 185x10, 205x10,8,6 dropset to 135x10. (rest 45s-1min) I can go heavier on these and i need to start rowing 225 from the floor....
pullups bodyweight x9,8,8,9,9 then i dropsetted (kinda) by going to the pulldown and repping 100lbs 20 more times.
Finished with some close grip pulldowns 100lbs x 15,12,15 dropset to 70x12
I supersetted each CG puldown set with pullovers on the other pulldown directly next to this one, 60lbsx15,10... 40lbs x 15
I got a REALLY SICK PUMP in my upper lats from that last superset..

by that time my buddies were ready to go so i didnt hit bis with em like i normally do.. oh well another day.

Gotta say though I had an AWESOME back workout and I cant wait to start RIPPIN that 315 for reps.. I need to get some chalk though cause straps will make my forearms weak =/

EDIT: I gotta say im enjoying this stack, i'm having great workouts and just a good mood.. and i know for a fact i'm grabbing that 2nd bottle of litup and free test cause i love litup for sureeeeee

You guys thinkin I should run the 2nd bottles of IGF-2 and AB? I know i'm already doing the 2nd of FT and LU for sure.. lovin that litup.
Took AB w/ a cheat meal today, went out w/ my dad got a 1/2lb burger and a side of fries.. been drinkin lots of water today and I noticed i am quite full and really hard. Even having a dieuritic effect.. Ive read some ppl get it from AB so that might be what it was..
diggin this stack though excited for this 3rd week and 2nd round.. gains and gains and gaaaaaains suckasss
 
the fullness is def from AB. if you feel good enough to run the stack twice as long then do it! u should see INSANE results
 
Had a GREAT leg workout today. Because i spent my morning cleaning, bent over, my lower back was THRASHED so i went with the legpress instead of squat (I train legs every 3rd or 4th day so i usually do squat one day lp / REFFS the next)
All i have to say is
I AM SO ****ING HUNGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I ate a little over an hour ago and i'm ready to gnaw my arm off the BONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OOOK so here was todays leg workout..
lying hams 75x20.. 90x20.. 120x11,11,11... 90x20 (~45sec rest)
1 set of ext for a warmup 90lbx20 rep
leg press (feet towards the top about 3-4inches apart) did warmup sets till i got to 6plates per side x16,15,15,15 then four sets withmy feet REALLY wide on the top toes pointed out. 6p/side x 12, 14, 14 ,14 dropset to 5p/side x 10 drop down to 4p/side x 10..
each set of legpress was about 1 minute or less rest, minus the dropset where i rested long enough for my partner to take the plates off (10sec)
bulgarian split squats or REFFS w/e you wanna call it, i normally do them bodywt and just rep it out but today i grabbed a pair of dumbells30lb and did 3 sets of 10 reps (each side) 45s rest.
I havent done these with weight in a long time so i just was getting my feet wet today.. next time i know for sure i'll be able to grab prob the 50lb dbs for sets of 10 (hopefully)
then i did some reverse hypers 100lb x 10,10,10,10 1m rest
seated hammy 195lb x 20,15,15 45s rest
then a little calf work, went light i didnt hit them all last week (damnit >_<)
standing calf raise 225x25, 300x20, 360x15,15,15,15 (45sec)
seated calf 2plates +10lb x 15,15,15,20 (30sec)

all in all id say it went pretty well i was feelin good throughout and hit the legpress for more reps for every single set more than last time.. (12 reps-> 15)

EDIT: Can't wait to weigh in tmr morning see where I'm at :smoker:
 
ate really clean this past week besides a few cheat meals and i woke up this morning between 177 and 178lbs.. lookin alot leaner than last week at 176ish....
gonna go hit delts shortly.
 
I'm on this. I've been interested in non hormonal stacks but they seem so expensive:(.
