igf1lr3 stomach

If someone we're to inject IGF at 20-40mcg is that high enough for results and low enough not to give intestine hypertrophy? Also is this injected everyday or 3-4times a day. If I chose to inject 3-4 times a day could I get awaybwith doing only bicep and trice injections?
 
Your best option is to shoot the IGF1lr3 straight after the muscle have been trained, as your receptors will be primed to uptake the most at this time.
For a small muscle like biceps and triceps 30-40mcg (split between both sides) is enough. If you shoot quads or hams you can up the dose to 40-60 mcg, it all depends on how big you are. Do not shoot the same muscle again for 72houres, as this is how long it will take the receptors to be "open" for another dose. If you shoot to much igf1lr3 and have already filled all open receptors, it will bind to the receptors in your intestine, and you will end up with a permagut!!! Not pretty !!!
Don't forget to take in extra carbs when on igf1, as you don't want to end up with to low blood sugar ( don't forget the I in IGF1, stands for insulin)
A shake with 50g fast carbs & 50g whey protein straight after shooting is a good idea, followed by a meal within 45min.

You should get a great pump shooting pre workout. A few guys from my gym started out with igf pre workout, but had to change to post workout as the pump was to intense.
Personally I prefer igf1lr3 & shooting it post workout & Mgf 12 hours pre workout.
 
I posted in other thread ny result from arm day no big pump but there was something crazy...
 
use the DES preworkout bilaterally and the results will be amazing. Then LR3 post workout or PEG MGF or insulin...you'll love the results.
 
I like DES alot tomorrow is my second shot. Recovery is like instant! Pump so so but contracts are painfully. Ever since I started I noticed I get warmer faster and notnpain but slight pressure in upper stomach im also on test 1000mg and u rake C4 BCAA10grams pre. Any idea as to why the stomach thing. Can't be intestine growth right it only been my first shot yesterday.
 
Im only on 50mcg bi lateral 25 25 3x a wk

Only shoot once a day !!!
