Igf-1?

MSM. It amplifies IGF-1 signalling and in the same time attenuates cortisol effect on muscle cells. It has also many other health benefits. It is a staple for me. 3 grams a day.
 
Mk677 is supposed to work great on IGF-1 and GH levels.

I take 3 grams of msm as it is now wonder if I should take more as the studies reference up to nine grams a day.
 
What kind of dosage should this be useful at? I was planning on taking 3g/day.

Seems like a laundry list of benefits. Sounds like it would be worth running if it's cheap to try it out.
