Any supplements out there with a focus on increasing the igf-1 pathway?
Im curious, do you have a study on this?MSM. It amplifies IGF-1 signalling and in the same time attenuates cortisol effect on muscle cells. It has also many other health benefits. It is a staple for me. 3 grams a day.
