IGF-1, times to take it?

I read everything about LR3 IGF-1 and have taken it for years, but I want to make sure I'm using it the most effective.. so when is the best time to take it? When you wake up, before you workout, after you workout, before you go to bed?

On a full stomach, on an empty stomach?

imeadiatly post workout split bi-lateral(half in one side,half in the other).......with your protien(thats what i do)
