So side-tracked lol.
I do want to try this Mint Chocolate Chip though. I haven't had a chance to try many flavors outside of Chocolate, Vanilla, Caramel and Peanut Butter.
When are you guys gonna announce the winners?

Could do the crust this way for low fat and low carb;
Homemade Low Carb Graham Crackers
2 cups almond flour
1/3 cup Swerve Sweetener
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
1 large egg
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tsp molasses (optional but improves colour and flavour)
1 tsp vanilla extract
And then crumble those and mix with a Butter substitute, sugar or substitute, and some cinnamon.

We have a place like that where I live too! Small whole in the wall but absolute best sushi in town. We also found a small fish market that we buy fresh salmon from and make our own sushi for a budget friendly version. Lol

Would love to give this a crack (sample wise). I am not the biggest mint fan, but could bake anything with protein powder. I still have some of the OG Red Velvet flavor which is GOAT. I did get to review the blueberry muffin and was very pleased with how good it tasted and mixed. Iforce has been killing the flavoring game.

I don't know how or why I missed this but consider my name in the hat.
