Everything was lighter and higher rep, very fun workout.

Thanks man! I really haven't posted many pics. I figured it will be a great motivational tool for myself and possibly others. To keep myself on track and my goal still in sight.

Reggie's protein waffles! Turn out amazing! I followed the ingredient list that Reggie provided except for no cinnamon or PB. I put everything in a bowl and whisked the sh!t out of it. It made 7 1/2 waffles, the second batch I added pumpkin spice to it. Damn! Talk about flavor. I personally like the original ones better. But if your a huge pumpkin person, this is it.
 
I can't tell from the pics, but, how's the texture?

Did they come out soft, or ______?

They were super soft, I couldn't believe it! My wife and boys ate them as well and couldn't tell they were not from a waffle mix!

Whats with the two odd balls that are a different color?
 
Yes, the lighter colored ones are the normal ones and then the darker colored ones are the pumpkin spice. There both good but the normal ones are crazy good, no need for any syrup. There a great on the go snack.
 
It's a lot of fun! Especially if you get a good recipe

I've got a couple tricks up my sleeve. ;) One happens to be a drink........but you'll have to look in my thread to see that one! I'll get that one up either tonight or tomorrow morning.

Holy sh!t, just took a waffle, heated it up and spread between 1 and 2 tbsp of PB on it! Insane

Here they are! Followed breezy's recipe except for no stevia packets and I sprinkled mine with light brown sugar. Oh my!

I just ate one of those cookies! Damn, very happy, these are good and the sprinkle of brown sugar makes it seem like your eating a cheat meal. Awesome for cravings.

I switched some things up with my workout. Have you ever heard of MI40 by Ben Pakulski? I'm not doing the workout exactly but I'm taking a lot from it, I like it a lot.

Negatives were super slow, these burn like crazy
