Iforce finish line clumpy

So I recently ordered this product from bestpricenutrition. It isn't mixing too well and it is really clumpy, expiration date says 2023 though. Anyone try FinishLine in the past and have this problem?

This. If you have a blender I'd say try to blend it up to a more fine powder again.

I just opened a C-4 I had to do this with, No Problem

I just ended up shaking it really hard and letting the particles disband.
