I just got accepted to Rutgers... only taking one class to finish up what I need to go get my masters but still gonna need some focus for a bull 101 class blah.

Im excited to see what Focus is all about!!!
 
i am a united states marine currently deployed in helmand province afghanistan. our work here often is extremely tiring. so tiring to the point that a lot of us dont want to walk ourselves to the showers some nights. however i have an addiction. i have to go to the gym or i will be extremely cranky everyday. i have been doing weight and resistance training since i was 16 and i have never felt so tired and unfocused that i actually force myself to the gym and once im there i cant even finish a solid workout because i am so exhausted. just yesterday i had a killer back workout to do after taking 2 days in a row off due to a mission. i thought i had gotten plenty of sleep the night before and figured i should be ok. back is my favorite muscle group to work out. after finishing my warmup (10 minutes on the bike and 5 sets of 10 reps wide grip pull ups) i went to grab the bar and do bent over barbell rows. i was so exhausted and out of breath just from the bike and pull ups that i had to leave. i couldnt stay focused. i was so angry with myself last night that i couldnt sleep. it sucked.

If it were me in your shoes, I would cut down on the warm-up--especially the bike. 2-3 sets of pull-ups is more than enough. If not, warm-up with your BB rows. Logically and theoretically speaking, this should help. All the best to you, soldier.

Lol nah, just basic physics... I never took it an undergrad and cant go for my doctorate without it:frustrate

How often do you plan to use Focus XT? (studying, training, work, etc. or a combination of these)-explain: I would use it for workouts and also for when doing work online to try and focuse on getting mre done, I hope it to help me work better and faster.
When can you start your log/review? Once I get it in so: right away.

Just saw this thread...sorry if I am too late. Figured I would give this one a shot.

Lack of Focus Story (example above): Man I have so many. I'm a double major computer science/physics student...work full time at an engineering company...and workout 4x a week. Although this does suck sometimes a product like Focus would definitely aide in all of these. I'm always on the go. Currently trying to allocate enough time to write a 130 page risk assessment paper

How often do you plan to use Focus XT? (studying, training, work, etc. or a combination of these)-explain Definitely a combination of studying, training, and working. Mostly I would really love to use it before studying to see how it affects my school work. This is where a good product can be extremely helpful. I would also like to run it pre-workout and see if it affects my training in any way.

Lack of Focus Story (example above): Since I am in the gym @ 5:00 am EVERY morning M - F, I could use some help JUMP starting my brain/focus/concentration to get into each rep to maximize every set - otherwise, why go thru the motions and waste your time ! Not FOCUS related, but my deal... I am approaching 4 mos straight in the gym - I keep an Excel spreadsheet to track each days work out. I want to MAXIMIZE my time in the gym and get in - get out and KNOW that I HAMMERED it in there and LOVE being sore later that day to know I'm growing stronger and bigger !! Married with 3 boys and showing my sons that you can be still be "older" & make positive changes in ones life and be in good shape. Also, to show them that certain disciplines in their lives can be beneficial in helping them succeed.

Previous Nootropic/Stimulant Experience: I have a hi tolerance for medz... usually takes stronger medz to have any affect...
How often do you plan to use Focus XT? (studying, training, work, etc. or a combination of these)-explain - Daily M - F for body building to help me focus/have energy to maximize my sets to help me gain size ( I get up @ 4:15 am every day M - F and @ the gym @ 5 am - when they open - would be there earlier if they opened earlier ! My routine is is M - Chest, abs & stretching, T - Back, abs & stretching, W - Traps, forearms, abs & stretching, T - Tri's, abs & stretching, F - Bi's, abs & stretching - Yeah, I love to stretch as I believe it helps to bring out definition in the muscles for a leaner look as well as help to prevent injury. Reason for the single body part a day is TIME, I have a short amount of time then have to shower/dress and get to work by 6:50 am - hence the reason to have FOCUS XT onboard to MAXIMIZE my short gym time !! Reason no leg work - which would normally be on wednesdays, is because I am recovering from a Patella tendon injury in my right leg - Doc says NO leg work for the time being... )
When can you start your log/review? ASAP ( I am a Technical/Analytical person and LOVE tracking results/generating logs etc A-B-A style testing/evaluations )

The issue with the coloring will be fixed on subsequent batches. Bad part is because of the coloring issue it sells slower so takes longer to get to next batches haha.
