Lack of Focus Story (example above): Since I am in the gym @ 5:00 am EVERY morning M - F, I could use some help JUMP starting my brain/focus/concentration to get into each rep to maximize every set - otherwise, why go thru the motions and waste your time ! Not FOCUS related, but my deal... I am approaching 4 mos straight in the gym - I keep an Excel spreadsheet to track each days work out. I want to MAXIMIZE my time in the gym and get in - get out and KNOW that I HAMMERED it in there and LOVE being sore later that day to know I'm growing stronger and bigger !! Married with 3 boys and showing my sons that you can be still be "older" & make positive changes in ones life and be in good shape. Also, to show them that certain disciplines in their lives can be beneficial in helping them succeed.

How often do you plan to use Focus XT? (studying, training, work, etc. or a combination of these)-explain - Daily M - F for body building to help me focus/have energy to maximize my sets to help me gain size ( I get up @ 4:15 am every day M - F and @ the gym @ 5 am - when they open - would be there earlier if they opened earlier ! My routine is is M - Chest, abs & stretching, T - Back, abs & stretching, W - Traps, forearms, abs & stretching, T - Tri's, abs & stretching, F - Bi's, abs & stretching - Yeah, I love to stretch as I believe it helps to bring out definition in the muscles for a leaner look as well as help to prevent injury. Reason for the single body part a day is TIME, I have a short amount of time then have to shower/dress and get to work by 6:50 am - hence the reason to have FOCUS XT onboard to MAXIMIZE my short gym time !! Reason no leg work - which would normally be on wednesdays, is because I am recovering from a Patella tendon injury in my right leg - Doc says NO leg work for the time being... )
When can you start your log/review? ASAP ( I am a Technical/Analytical person and LOVE tracking results/generating logs etc A-B-A style testing/evaluations )
