If FOLLIDRONE is bunk & results R placebo Ill take placebo

To be Honest I already have really bad joint pain in my elbows when I sleep, always seem to cramp up a lot, so maybe ArA isn't for me and I should just stick to folli. Question is, do I stack follidrone with ABE (new or old formula? Or stack it with Mass 550?

Either.
I would recommend giving it a 30 day trial solo first though.

I am a big supporter of ABE and will be doing that exact stack soon, but I have not yet tried 550.

550 is actually on its way, but will be tried out solo. Like I said, best to run things solo and give them an honest test to see if they deliver

TBH the king of muscle building is lifting heavy and eating to grow.

Supplements are nice to try out on top, and if you look around AM you will see people swearing by tons of products. Follidrone, ARA, Anabeta, Prime, etc.

We give too much credit to the supplements and need to remember they are a very small percentage of the reason we improve.

That said there are supplements that do work. Best way to judge is to try it for yourself. I have found several to benefit me, as we are in a Folli thread I will say that is definitely one of them.

Try it for yourself and try to stay objective. Monitor results closely, this will save your wallet in the future as it rules out supplements that are just hype.

I have a nice pile of supplements I won't bother using.

The ones I have found through experience to work I stock up on and cycle between.

Folli is now one of those

Good post. I wish I had that mentality when I was 24. I started lifting at 17 and packed on 35lbs over the course of 4-5 years with lifting and eating, then bought into the supplement hype for a solid 10 years. I spent many thousands of dollars chasing the next thing. Some I liked, most were a waste of money.

All that said, Follidrone is one of the few that are sitting at the top for a reason. Very little marketing and mainly word of mouth because people see that it actually really works and want to let others know about it. In a sea of choices, it's a nice change.

I agree that youll probably want to take them apart. One being highly inflammatory and one being an anti inflammatory they may interact negatively. Unsure but since Follidrone works so well there is no need to risk it.
I also agree that the primary bulking tool is food.
One thing Ive learned.....to be a monster you have to eat like one. Like...uncomfortable food intake. Eating is a job.

there has been so far no diminishing of positive results - most notable about week 6, weight lifted has increased the most dramatically of all the weeks so far, I believe all the extra calories consumed to keep up with the demand on the body are important to note... don't be afraid to eat on this stuff, what's brilliant is the continuation of virtually all gain being lean mass. In all seriousness never thought the amount of weight lifted would be possible on a natty alone
 
I was a big fan of Anabeta and saw nice bulking results. I imagine a stack with FD would be incredible.

i hope the folli i bought is much better than anabeta cause anabeta gave me zero results!most overhyped product on this very pes friendly board imho
 
Yeah nothing from anabeta. Would love to compare folli to other otc products, if I could just get my hands on it.

Just finished my ARA 2 bottles + PeakBeta. Noticed great pump and strength from the first bottle but all that faded away when I went trough the second bottle wieerd and quite disappointing I must say. I even added the glycer mono and ALCAR for the better effects of ARA as recommended. So now its follidrones turn when it comes in stock, it the depends which comes first in my mail since I'm gonna try USPLabs Compound 20 since that's should also be a great product.
 
5 days in on follidrone and endurance is definitely up! Already able to add a significant amount more volume to my workouts. Excited to see what the whole 8 week run brings!

Today with follidrone:
70x16, 80x15, 90x13, 100x12, 110x10, 120x6(for ****s and giggles)

My counts were odd because I was taken by surprise by my muscle endurance.

120 is the heaviest dumbbell in this gym and my lifting buddies were like wtf. I've never done more than 100lb dumbbells on incline even when I was 15lbs heavier.

It was a good day
 
imma do it, currently on week 1 of CM that I won in a contest. Debating on CM for 12 and Folli 16 but wanna save the Folli for a reverse diet and bulk. Love that it can be run for a long time unlike pH/ds

Do it bro. I'm debating making follidrone a staple product for me. I'm only 6 days in but I'm really liking my TMG+follidrone cycle and may just run it year round

I have some serious questions about this product.

First of all,
How is this natural? The results make it sound extremely unnatural

Does this, scientifically speaking, have ANY chance of causing gyno? Not whether or not anyone has gotten gyno from it yet, but is it even possible from the way the chemical works in your body? The only thing I understand about this product is that it works in reducing myostatin. I am extremely prone to gyno, that is why im asking.

At this point I don't even know if they have had it again or not as it seems to sell out in like 5 minutes... it is getting frustrating to read so much about it and still be SOL as far a getting my hands on it. There is a lot of studies made on rats. But we humans are no damn rats. :D

I think there is one study for humans which showed 7% increase in hand grip strength.

Some of the claims in this thread sound to good to be true, but well I guess you have to try and found out for yourself.

I don't disagree on the "to good to be true" claims. Maybe my workout was a fluke idk. We will see how my workouts continue. Today is back and biceps.

There's a gigantic thread in the BLR forum that has a lot of answers you're looking for. It's natural/non hormonal and it's been logged by many people (most unsponsored, including me), some of which are considered very honest/trustworthy on these forums.
 
100% non hormonal

I'm nit comfortable sharing my bloodwork but as part of ongoing treatment I'm having I've had it done bi-weekly for months now. No changes to any hormone levels in my 5 weeks if Folli so far.

Just in case you needed reassurance.

I understand it is difficult after 66 pages, but we are going over the same Q+A multiple times now in multiple threads. I appreciate everyone trying to answer every question that is coming up as I am sure Brundel can't keep doing it over and over.
 
Lol I was thinking that the other day.
Hard to stay on top as a BLR rep, Folli is popping up randomly all over the place and Formestane pops up regularly in assorted Anabolic threads as well as natural.

you should be happy people are so inquisitive about your products mate, it really shows what a positive response all of your supplements are getting. the more people asking questions, the more people interested, the higher amount of word of mouth, which ultimately means a better rep for your company and more $$$ in your pocket.

I know its frustrating to answer the same Q/A over and over, and i definitely attributed to asking you questions which have probably been asked before, but hell, its because we are all so damn excited to get our hands on your product!

Same. I dive into a topic and can go at it for days on end. I usually end up calling my doc and/or endo to run things by them and get their take, then go back to studying. It's a passion.

Seems like some people REALLY get a punch from the Follidrone.

Initially I was leery until I saw some bloodwork. Kasaj confirmed that only positive effects are happening.

Triglycerides down.

Otherwise no change. RUn it as long as you like.

NP will have stock again in about 10 days or so. This time things will be more spread out.
I have 75 units at the shop. Our top 2 retailers on our where to buy page at BLR.com will both get stock shipped today although minimal.

I've never had a week 1/20lb db increase on hormonal cycles so I'm still in a bit of shock on yesterdays workout on this natural cycle.

I hope my 36yr old tendons and ligaments can hold up to the added reps and weight

Im starting to think the increase in endurance allows guys to have more fuel in the tank.
So when you get to your top end your not as taxed as you normally would be so your able to handle more.

Cissus is key for me at 40. My mind and muscles can go like never before, but need to keep the joints nice and healthy.

What was kind of weird at the end of my work out was I didn't feel exhausted. After 2hrs(90min is the norm) my muscles were spent but I still had overall energy/endurance to jeep going. Usually my muscles are spent after 90min and I'm completely exhausted...... Hard to explain.
