If FOLLIDRONE is bunk & results R placebo Ill take placebo

Just read an article on epicatechin the stuff that's in follidrone has been used to treat and prevent chrohns disease and irritable bowels. Hats off to Brundel for bringing something that helps you in the gym and general health!

Like Brundel mentioned, I just ran bloodwork to prove the health benefits and my lipids improved. Everything else stayed right on par. So I essentially matched exactly what previous studies mentioned.

Trying to figure out how it would specifically treat people with ibd. Does it have Anti-inflammatory properties for example?

I did not test that, as I was only interested to know how it may have altered my normal CBC levels I get checked on my annual. Brundel may have more info on that. The question has been asked before and I do believe it improves it.

The funny thing is that the questions being asked about FD have never been asked about any other supplement, which is great because people are looking at this as a health product and not just for it's obvious performance benefits. Props to that.

Do we have a fairly reasonable estimate for down time that should be taken with this product.

Is 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off reasonable? What is the general view here? Just trying to work out my Supplement timeline

I did 8 weeks on. Worked just fine for me.

Follidrone's effects didn't diminish at all during the 8 week run. I was putting out crazy volume and getting strength PR's while losing weight. I tried running it as a recomp but I ended up accidentally cutting because of how much I upped the volume during my second bottle. Initially I gained 5 lbs and looked leaner, then I lost around 5 lbs and looked way leaner.

I'm looking to do a recomp when I run this in a couple weeks.. what would you guys recommend I pair with FD?

I'm leaning more towards another natural anabolic since I lean out relatively easily without fat burners, but things like Alphamine and DCP2.0 are options.

I've been wondering how it would fair stacked with Anabeta...

Yea, but with FD I did so much volume I think it would be great combined with the carb binges I had when I took Anabeta haha

We'll I'm currently running foli with F95 and other bits, and had me a big refeed, looking bigger and fuller, with not a hint of fat gained.
Felt like crap on the weekend, guess it was my body screaming out for increased calories.

Brundel, I have read through all the threads and I don't think I have seen anywhere where you have shared your experience with follidrone. Do you "eat" it? Just curious.

I actually started it and got the flu 9 days in so stopped. There was def some increased endurance and muscle volumization.
PLanning a hard cut starting in about 2 weeks. Ill be running it then.

Keeping in mind I cant run any steroids or PH and I have a history of heavy cycling I dont respond to anything not super heavy so...
Itll be interesting to see how it works not being a product that works like most anabolics. I have high hopes.

I really want to run it on a bulker but its gonna have to wait...its almost summer.

Any users compare results wise vs ostarine and x-factor? Obviously aware of the different moa, just curious about results. Thank you

Cool, like to see other users. AA works great for me but still not sold on using pro-inflammatory product.

Honest opinion I loved all my Ara runs but the fact that I have to avoid eating fish, o3 fatty acids & other foods that are anti inflammation is the biggest downside.

I'm now on my first week of folli with an open mind and so far I feel solid. I'm not throwing weights around yet but today I had a good chest workout. On this run the goal is to recomp. Slightly higher cal intake

Can we stack Folli and ArA? or is it better to cycle them alone given one is pro and one is anti inflammatory?

If one is pro and one is anti and you want to stack them, just dose them apart from eachother. Do ArA pre-workout and Follidrone 4+hours away.

Hi kbayne,

I like you but I do disagree, you're already pushing the body, for many beyond the limits it has ever been before with Follidrone. Singularly if one is trying Follidrone for the first time they'll want to monitor all effects closely. A simple pre is I think fine, throwing in all kinds of other things, especially pro-inflammatory compositions I think would be less than an ideal situation considering the kind of workload the body will be shocked with. Furthermore taking Follidrone pre-workout I find is by far of the most benefit in maximizing effects

This is kind of what I was scared of as I haven't run Folli or ArA before.Would you cycle ArA or folli first?
Folli, but I am not sure when if ever I will stop taking folli

So Folli > aRa?

So theres no point cycling aRa? Just stick to 8 weeks of folli then 4 weeks off and repeat?

I thought aRa was the king of muscle building (natty)

ArA: 1-2g every training day/none on off days
Cycle length: 50 training days

Follidrone: 2 capsules every day preworkout/2 capsules on non-training days as well
Cycle length: 8-12 weeks (seems to be norm, nobody has gone longer to my knowledge)

Pick one, run it. Wait a couple weeks for effects to subside, run the other one. Then post and tell us what your thoughts are. GL.

Has anyone actually taken follidrone long enough to notice gains slowing or for the effects to seem less pronounced?

that is just the thing noone knows, I am going to continue it until they do become less pronounced, if they ever do

It depends who you ask. A lot people here at AM feel ARA is one of the best muscle builders but IMO, ARA doesn't come close to Folli. I didn't notice anything but joint pain when I did a 50 day run of ARA. If it's your first time running Folli, I suggest running it alone to see what it can do for you. Personally, I would rather run a Folli/Anabeta stack instead of a Folli/ARA stack.

Based on...?
Internet forum hype?

TBH the king of muscle building is lifting heavy and eating to grow.

Supplements are nice to try out on top, and if you look around AM you will see people swearing by tons of products. Follidrone, ARA, Anabeta, Prime, etc.

We give too much credit to the supplements and need to remember they are a very small percentage of the reason we improve.

That said there are supplements that do work. Best way to judge is to try it for yourself. I have found several to benefit me, as we are in a Folli thread I will say that is definitely one of them.

Try it for yourself and try to stay objective. Monitor results closely, this will save your wallet in the future as it rules out supplements that are just hype.

I have a nice pile of supplements I won't bother using.

The ones I have found through experience to work I stock up on and cycle between.

Folli is now one of those

Good advice.

I shall run a log of both of them and compare, then pick one to stick with, although it seems by things that that will be follidrone. I would skip out ArA completely but I've already purchased 200 of them so, it would be wasting £ otherwise

I can say the same about my ARA experience

With the DOMs I got from Follidrone (either due to FD, or just the volume I was pushing out) I would never combine it with ArA. That's just a recipe for crippling DOMs IMO.

To be Honest I already have really bad joint pain in my elbows when I sleep, always seem to cramp up a lot, so maybe ArA isn't for me and I should just stick to folli.

Question is, do I stack follidrone with ABE (new or old formula?

Or stack it with Mass 550?
