Is everybody taking both caps at the same time on off days too?

Makes sense to help with absorption. I've been on for 2 days, noticed nothing first workout, yesterday got in a great workout, but had slept really well the night before.

Too early for me to tell any difference, looking forward to Sat and Sun workouts.

Generally tongkat is anti estrogenic, however it really can crank up test levels and as we know when test rises so does estrogen.
Combine this with Boron which releases SHBG bound hormones and freed up estro can cause issues.
One user has already PMed me with nipple sensitivity.
Its not always needed but I look at it like this.....if you add Formeron 100% certain you wont have estro problems and well...Formeron is awesome anyways so itll only make the cycle better.

Lots of guys have been doing 2 caps, pre workout for 8+ weeks. Kasaj was only off for a couple weeks and jumped back on and is enjoying the second run. I should add that KAsaj also ran pre and post Follidrone bloodwork. The only significant changes were an elevation in HDL and a drop in triglycerides. Both very positive.

Its non hormonal although quite a few guys have reported increased libido. Not sure why.

You might have to worry about the libido of the women around you going up.
 
What does everyone think about the article on myostatin inhibitors damaging tendons that someone posted on bb.com follidrone thread? I have 2 bottles but think I may wait to take them

If anything it would accelerate repair.

The blame there is the increased endurance and the lifter not knowing his limits and pushing too far

I mentioned in my log that people would need to watch their lifts because the endurance increase may push people beyond normal capabilities.
 
If I'm not mistaken, tendon injuries happen somewhat frequently with rapid muscle growth and strength gains because your body is lifting a significantly higher amount of weight in a very short time and the tendons haven't had time to adjust to the new weight being moved. I think these kind of injuries happen sometimes with some of the stronger PH/AAS cycles. I'm by no means an expert.. Just my opinion.

I've been on follidrone for a week now... Any chance some muscle hardness/density could be happening already or is it just in my mind?
 
Day 5 and my hunger is ravenous! I'm a fat kid on the inside so this will be tough to keep this hunger at bay. Not even Alphamine or norcodrene are touching this hunger. My food bill is going to go up while I'm running this. Ugh 52 weeks of high food bills lmao

I think as protein synthesis increases the body ghrelin must rise to meet demands. Unsure though.

I found this myself, smashed my way through 5lb of mince in two days.

I'm finding keeping intake higher blunts the hunger, like you say it's the body reacting to the increase in workload.

The great thing is....increased protein plus harder training usually = more muscle and less fat.
 
I absolutely hate it when people take a supplement for just a few days and start talking abut how good it is...BUT after just 3 days I noticed my recovery is much better than before. Anyone else notice improved recovery this quickly?
 
Just read an article on epicatechin the stuff that's in follidrone has been used to treat and prevent chrohns disease and irritable bowels. Hats off to Brundel for bringing something that helps you in the gym and general health!
 
for those that were complaining about no place having any stock... Planetary Nutrition still has it in stock. And its been more than a few hours since I saw it was posted.

Ill let others reply but I know that ALOT of guys mentioned endurance increase within a couple days.
More than 1 trial guy noticed effects in a week or less.

There are a ton of positive effects....anabolic and healthy!...
THere was evidence in studies this stuff even causes a positive shift in cholesterol and triglycerides.
Hard to validate without bloodwork but....
Kasaj just ran before and after bloodwork and the only changes were HDL went up and triglycerides went down.....Awesome for guys who run oral steroids and PH/ds as most cause serious negative cholesterol increases.

HDL being the good cholesterol. OF course.

It seems like the increase in exercise capacity remains as long as your on.
Most likely increased protein synthesis will also be present although it seems like there is a huge burst for some in the first month.
Either way....youve either got 2x 8 week cycles or one 16 weeker or whatever you want.

Thanks! Just checked them out. Unfortunately they have really crappy intl shipping options, but good for the guys in the states!

Hoping Nutraplanet's next order will last longer than 5 minutes so I can follow the anabeta run I am doing now with some follidrone!
