IF and Lean Gains

I heard about IF and Lean Gains just this week. Was curious to what they are, benefits, how to do it ect. I google it but found a lot of diff info.

Not a bad idea if u are currently on cycle because you do have to play with the nutrition a little bit it took me 1 or 2 weeks to make it work for me making meal plans etc. Once i had it all lined out is when i began my cycle

Exactly, I want to have it all down rather than be tweaking it mid cycle, thanks for the tips I really like the science behind this diet.
