I'm looking for any ideas on a cutting stack. I'm going to try to get back down to the single digits in bf%. Havent been there for a while. About 15lbs of bf off while maintaining or even gaining some muscle would be nice :wink1: I would love to have some ideas on some ph to take as well. I know nutrition and training so thats covered. Just started my ckd diet which works for me cause I seem to be more on the carb sensitive side. Thanks for any ideas!
