it's the combination...i can't imagine doing just one without the other.Did a little midnight workout in my garage. Man, I’ve gotta get my ass in gear. My whole Body has slacked on resistance training since all this covid st1t started, but my core has taken the worst from just sitting so much. My abs get a burn doin push-ups.
Ask me to go run 13 miles, and I can do it, no problem. Ask me to do 13 unassisted sit ups, and I’d be in trouble. Wtf.
people think cardio is hard. Na, that’s easy. It’s lifting that really burns calories.
I’m in the best cardiovascular Shape of my life, but I’m also the fattest I’ve ever been since I stopped lifting seriously.
