Food is my weakness, I've never been able to just eat plain chicken and broccoli or chicken and rice meals, I mean I can once or twice but I need to mix it up. Even today I'm gonna switch it up, I'm going to keep my calories low throughout the day so I can have a nice big dinner. I made meals one and two only about 450 calories each, Bill 3 is more of a snack with a high protein granola bar and some fruit that's only about 240 calories. And I'll have a couple of coffees with half and half that'll be another 120 calories. So by the time dinner rolls around I would normally be about 1800 calories I'll only be at 1300 and I can shove an extra 500cal on top of dinner and still have 500-600 leftover before bed.Meals are looking good in here! I think i need you to be my personal meal prepper![]()
By the way, I ran out of fairlife milk last night so I used water and protein powder to make a shake and I tried whipping that into the pudding mix.
Total failure LOL. For some reason the water and protein powder mix wouldn't thicken the pudding the way the milk and protein powder mix does. It wouldn't set in the fridge or anything. Still taste it okay I guess but not the normal treat I'm looking for so if anyone wants to do that protein pudding that I talked about, make sure you use ice cold milk and protein powder to make it and not water lol
