Iconic Formulations ThermoAmp and Neuro Melatonin

Meals are looking good in here! I think i need you to be my personal meal prepper :)
Food is my weakness, I've never been able to just eat plain chicken and broccoli or chicken and rice meals, I mean I can once or twice but I need to mix it up. Even today I'm gonna switch it up, I'm going to keep my calories low throughout the day so I can have a nice big dinner. I made meals one and two only about 450 calories each, Bill 3 is more of a snack with a high protein granola bar and some fruit that's only about 240 calories. And I'll have a couple of coffees with half and half that'll be another 120 calories. So by the time dinner rolls around I would normally be about 1800 calories I'll only be at 1300 and I can shove an extra 500cal on top of dinner and still have 500-600 leftover before bed.

By the way, I ran out of fairlife milk last night so I used water and protein powder to make a shake and I tried whipping that into the pudding mix.

Total failure LOL. For some reason the water and protein powder mix wouldn't thicken the pudding the way the milk and protein powder mix does. It wouldn't set in the fridge or anything. Still taste it okay I guess but not the normal treat I'm looking for so if anyone wants to do that protein pudding that I talked about, make sure you use ice cold milk and protein powder to make it and not water lol
 
Another thing to note was I did sleep a little better last night. I fell asleep and only woke up twice last night as compared to my normal three times. I also fell right back to sleep after using the bathroom both times to wear normally when I wake up around 4:00 a.m. I'm kind of awake and end up watching TV for a little bit.

Could be a coincidence as I did quite a bit yesterday with a double sessions, but I need to make note of it.

3/4ml Neuro Melatonin, slept for seven and a half hours waking up twice to use the bathroom. As opposed to my typical wake up three times and have a hard time falling back asleep on the tail end
 
I like to hold them up by my face like I would with my gloves and stay nice and tight in that position and in a controlled manor throw the punches like I would if I was wearing gloves. "Very controlled and half speed" I could probably use 50's for the uppercuts and hooks even but not with the straight punches. So I'm sticking with 10's and 15's and il just add reps

have you ever measured punching power?
Not with a professional machine, I've maxed out those videogame type machines in bars and arcades tho lol.

All my wins except 1 we're knockouts. My first amateur boxing match the Dr. Lady had to come in the ring and shine the flashlight in the guys eyes and ppl had to help him out of the ring.

My boxing skills are mediocre, they look good to the untrained fighter but a good boxer will say my boxing skills are not great. But I hit hard, I always relied on that and I'm still going to💪🤷
 
Sooooo, because this is a non stimulant product there's not really a "I feel it working" type thing, which I'm cool with. I don't wanna feel anything, I'd rather let results tell me something is working. But what I'm getting at is there's not a ton I can report on thermoamp. In a couple days il step on the scale and check fasted glucose levels and update on that.

Today was just some light cardio boxing on my own, 30ish min.

Tomorrow I'm finishing up everything I meal preped and Sunday I'm prepping again. Il try to get a picture up and scale weight tomorrow morning before food or the gym.

I was Invalid Link Removed when I noticed I was getting too out of range (about 10 days ago I think). I was around 201 after I cleaned up the junk a few days ago. After I dropped a little bloat I noticed my abs were still visible but fading.

So for thermoamp we will have to go by scale weight and pictures. Il get on that this weekend.

Tomorrow I'm gonna do a incline bench, a shoulder press and a cable exercise and after those I'm going to do a 4 exercise circuit.

I like bodybuilding style training and the other 2 guys (who are boxers) are into circuits because of the obvious benifits for them. So where meeting in the middle tomorrow.

I was still in my normal clothes so I hopped in the shower at 130am and ended up watching TV till 430ish. I don't got nothing important today so I'm just going to go back to sleep for a few more hours I think and start over lol.

Also while I was up all night I was also reading about melatonin, a lot of reading! Supposedly dosind melatonin pre workout has positive effects on gh levels a quite a few other performance based benifits. It shouldn't make you tired in the middle of the day doing this because your workout is going to be way too stimulatory

I remember reading about that a few years ago. Something about a surge in test. Never tried myself, but would be curious.

There was a bunch of stuff from hormones, to glucose levels to inflammatory response ect. Honestly I don't fully understand it but it seems like a lot of positive stuff so I figured what could it hurt.

I'm definitely not the selfie king but these were the most decent not blurry pics I could get of myself. Il try to have my girl take some better ones later if shes willing. She catches a attitude when I ask her to take pictures for me. I don't understand it cuz it's not like I'm some self-centered person who's always trying to snap pictures and hey look at me, I don't even do social media like Facebook or Instagram. I literally just take pictures of myself for progress or to post up when I'm logging something.

Anyway, this is the best I could do.
199.9, goal for the log is about 188-190, long term goal is 178 to make my weight class

Mike Arnold has talked about the positive effects of Melatonin on GH especially with compounds like MK 677, but also on its own.
Looks like your abs are definitely back.👍

I hit 206lbs after binging for a few days late at night, cookies and crap lol. I think I was more bloated then anything.

I'm pretty happy with it actually, having abs at 200lbs and being only 5'9 I feel is pretty good for me. Especially when I haven't been putting much effort into building muscle or getting big. I think by the end of this month if I hit 188-190 il be pretty cut again, at least by gen pop standard. And by the time I'm 178 for that fight I have to imagine I'm going to be absolutely shredded. That's 22lbs of fat and water I'm going to be dropping.
 
I hired Hyde last year for my bodybuilding contest prep. 6 weeks out he replaced all my vegetables with Dunkaroos and Honey Buns

I wasn't talking about that but YES, you are correct on that one. You said eat everything and I did and I made a 20+lb pr on bench press in about 6 weeks lol

Every pound of body weight I gained made my bench press go up a pound lol.

I'm almost positive I gained 23 lb and increase my bench press by 23 lb

So far it's been 1 with breakfast and 1 with pre workout meal. I actually had to skip the gym today and you just reminded me I need to take my second dose and it's about time for last meal.

My day got thrown off, had to go grocery shopping first thing in the morning, then I had to go do some repairs at a house so I can start the main job Monday. Took my girl up to the casino for lunch, I meant to take some pictures of that but I completely forgot. Prime rib, shrimp, roasted potatoes and some weird vegetable medley.

Then I went to my cousin's restaurant for a couple hours and now the days over.

Back to it tomorrow!

But I'm saving my calories for dinner tomorrow. I'm gonna bake some crispy drumsticks, coat them in a Asian style orange sauce I found that's only 20cal per serving and serve it over rice with peppers and green onions

It's a Aldi brand I think, they have a couple asian style sauces that are only 20-30 calories per tablespoon. 2 tablespoons is a nice coating for about a 6-8oz serving of chicken or beef. Works out nice.

The sauces don't taste exactly like the Chinese restaurant sauces that they're pretending to be but they're still pretty damn good
 
Did .75 melatonin about 30-40 min ago and starting to feel a little sleepy. Gonna try another .25 with a serv thermoamp and a black coffee in the morning and hit a full body push type workout. Goal is to get a good pump and burn a lot of calories.

Melatonin definitely knocks me out, but I wake up literally feeling hungover. On nights that I’m having trouble sleeping I usually hit up a Benadryl.

Judging from your sleeping and backstory I don’t think this would do much for you.

So I got 2 cats, what is 2 years old and the other is about 3 years old. I found both of them a year apart when they were about 6 weeks old age.

I always get mice in the winter but because we have the cats we usually don't see them.

The other day my female caught one and killed it. She was batting it around on the ground like a toy until we realized what it was.

Last night at 4am I wake up to my little orange male cat who mentally is like a 2 year old human. He makes all these weird noises that don't sound like a cat. Very alien sounding.

All I hear repeatedly is MEH, MEH, MEH. Finally he staggers in the room half asleep with something in his mouth. He drops it ( I thought it was one of his toys) jumps up on the bed and starts rubbing his face all over my face and then jumps back down. It was a dead mouse, he then scoops it up somehow with his paw and throws it on my fukin bed lol

I’ll check it out. I’m there at least few times a week.
 
Off to a wonderful start today, got to the gym and it was a madhouse, had to completely change my plan, on my second or 3rd exercise a older guy that goes there (very nice guy) but he got me caught up in a conversation that took about half an hour by the time I realized it and I just completely lost my mojo.

Went home and walked into my girl eating the chicken and Romain lettuce that was part of my meal prep

i think i am that older guy...if we ever met i think it will be a very long conversation, lol....

I'm hopping that keeps me held over for the night, I only left myself about 300 calories for the remainder of the day lol

Yup.. Russia’s invasion has definitely caused tension since they are oil producers for the world too. Plus, the demand for fuel has been climbing up like crazy and not enough supply.

I realized that I was going to have to use the entire bottle because I cooked 14 full size drumsticks, so I cut the sauce with a couple things I had around the house that I thought would blend well and not change the flavor too much. Worked pretty good. My kids and girl didn't notice that I did it lol

Wings would have been much better, but while I was shopping I noticed that wings were about $4 per lb and those jumbo drumsticks were 98cents per lb. Sooooo ya. I bargain shopped it lol
 
I always forget your in India, for a price reference I don't know how that equates to rupees but the wings were 4x the price of drumsticks
