Iconic Formulations Neuro AET and Melatonin log

Strength is still here, did some rep work at 255. Was hoping to hit some triples at 275 tonight but backed of because my shoulder has been a bit tweaked lately. Finished with 20 reps at 135 and had a pretty crazy pump. When I shed water weight on arimistane I get great vascularity but on AET I still get full round pumps and nicer looks. Chest day is the easiest for me to judge visual vs how I feel. Was a real shitshow of a day so the workout was much needed

Love that pumped and full feeling after a good workout and you finish it off with a high rep light weight burner!

man, a good workout is really great as a stress reliever...i workout out in mornings but now that i am retired i sometimes go for a run later in the day instead of getting angry and acting out when shyt happens.

I agree. I use to workout in the evenings after work as a stress reliever but I switched to morning workouts. I still think it benefits with the stress throughout the day if you get in a nice solid workout in the morning.

I love starting my day out with a workout and do that when I work late night shifts, I feel accomplished through the whole day and I do agree with @LeanEngineer that the endorphin rush helps all day. I always try to do my max out lifts later in the day though so I can hydrate and eat plenty, no matter how much water/powerade/etc. I drink before a morning workout I never feel 100 percent hydrated. Some days like Friday though I needed a late night stress induced bench session 😅

So a little update because yesterday was busier than all heck. Yesterday ended up being 75 degrees, blue skies, and sunny so I got invited to go dirt bike riding at the last minute. Friday was spent getting the bike ready, and as far as stress goes I would not wish the job of extracting a broken bolt on my worst enemy. Worked way too late and got a whopping 5 hours of sleep. Riding was pretty uneventful but I will say that riding in sand dunes is an absolute full body workout and kicking over a big bore two stroke should count as its own leg day.

AET is the king of power naps! I don't know what makes this work so well but I fell asleep on the way home in the truck before the truck had even hit the pavement again, a half hour nap and I felt great and stayed awake another 10 hours without feeling groggy or needing caffeine. I was going to write this last night but I sat down on the couch and promptly fell asleep there before I could finish typing everything out.

lol...regardless i LOVE:love: being retired, i can set my own schedule--for the most part anyways, retired or not we all have obligations/commitments--life goes on, lol. 🤓

you need to stock up on this stuff, lol!!!

I would definitely love to have this on hand for the future. I've also been checking in on @Naglish log of Ultra Hard and that has my interest as well... but so does Ultra 11... might be making an order if I can make up my mind ever 😅

@delsolrob is it possible to build up a tolerance to AET or is it something that could be run indefinitely?

i don't think tolerance would be a concern as long as you check cortisol levels regularly--i've seen at home cortisol tests for around $50.

Good to know! This is definitely the best “feel good” supplement I’ve ever taken. I would love to feel like this all the time

Ok I hear that you’re not supposed to dose this within 4-6 hours of bed. Naturally that makes me wonder what happens if I take it within 4-6 hours of bed. They say if you do something dumb it’s science as long as you write it down. For all of you following and in the name of science I will give this a shot and dose an hour before bed because I’m a very curious individual

Sometimes those are the workouts where I hit a PR or push weight for more reps than planned is when I have an unplanned stress relieving workout

Those are the best and you feel so much better when done.

Ok so dosing before bed made it a little tougher to fall asleep but not by much. I did wake up after four hours and was wide awake for a little over an hour and then crashed hard for four more hours which was a bit weird but I was curious and now I know.

Morning weight has been consistently around 178 with one instance of 176.6 yesterday morning. Very pleased with how I’m feeling and looking a bit drier.

Some of my best lifts have been a combination of unplanned max out days, stress, and being pissed off 😂 I’m probably a strength coaches worst nightmare but I lift to feel better and when I need to feel better I lift regardless of schedule 😂

i take it you are going back to the previous dosing schedule?

Ok I’m updating mid workout, took some strong PRE today to get ready for heavy single rep bench day. Feeling more like arimistane today than before with my chest feeling super pumped up and skin super tight after just the first couple warmup sets. Still no joint pain like arimistane starts with around this time but dry and hard and amped the heck up

Sounds like winning.

Big time winning, idk what it is but that tight skin gets me feeling aggressive.

Another mid workout update because just I tied my all time pr of 305 on bench, which means in the last two months I’ve put back on the 50 pounds I had lost off of my bench.

If you guys haven’t listened to “From the Pinnacle to the Pit” by Ghost BC I highly recommend it. Underrated song with an intro base line that gets me amped up every time

Wow that’s awesome!!

@akboom87 @thebigt much appreciated 🙏🏻 Extremely happy with the outcome of tonight’s workout. Now that I have a much better base than when I benched 305 last I can start progressing past that! The future is exciting!

Ok so interesting possible effect, AET seems to lessen the “come down” from DMAA. I don’t use this very often but my shoulder felt good today and I wanted to crank my workout up to 11 so I took a half scoop of DMAA preworkout with roughly 35mg which is just enough for the mind muscle connection in my experience. More dose gets me buzzing hard but doesn’t give me noticeably more performance gains so I stick with the lowest dose that gives me the effects I want.

Anyways, even at this level I can get a sad coming down after the euphoric energy rush but I didn’t really experience that today, so it could possibly be an effect of the AET? Stimulants in general have had a slightly different effect as well but if I run DMAA again I’ll see if this happens again.

Because I took some strong stims today I did take .25ml of neuro melatonin and will see how this plays out. Applied maybe 15 minutes ago and am already feeling ready for bed. See you all in the morning

you seem to be a great responder to the neuro AET, glad you are doing so well on it!!! (y):)

As much as I hate to admit it I am a pretty high strung individual and end up being stressed a lot. This product was definitely made for people like me 😁

Little quick update, used the neuro melatonin last night at .25ml. Cant honestly compare to the last time I posted about the melatonin because now I’m on the AET as well but holy cow I slept well last night. It was like I hadn’t taken any stims at all the previous afternoon. Morning weight was 177.0

Kinda wondering about trying this for the wife she lets things get to her and stress her out and of course give this a run my self 🤣

I have genuinely thought about getting some for my lady too, because her stress is a large portion of my stress 😂

I harm in trying it to reduce her stress. Stress leads to a good amount of negative effects. If you need use code chef or thebigt for a discount.

I can only hope! 405 seems lofty but then again so did 305 not too long ago 😂

Yep that's what I said as well about 315 to. Never thought I would hit 3 plates per side and i did. Still haven't gotten to 405 though :(

I was there just before I got injured. It’s a great feeling.

I have a long way to go, and a lot of body weight to put on before that 😂 as much as I would love to hit that at 178 pounds most of the guys in my weight division that I used to compete against were a good 5-6 inches shorter than me. I’ll probably try to compete again when I’m closer to the 90kg or 198lb weight class. This strength building portion is really making me want to go back to bulking 😂

no doubt, taller guys are at a disadvantage--sucks, but true.

i'm 6'1.

Week 2 update, morning weight 177.2 and waist 31.75 inches.
Noticeable effects after 2 weeks:
better sleep
more energy most days
big cutback on caffeine
some weight loss
some drying out and as a result some vascularity
libido is improved during sexy time
less anxiety
confident feeling in high stress situations
blood pressure drop after first application, no change after second application

Overall I would say that the mental well-being aspects of this compound are more noticeable for me than the visual physique effects. Two weeks is not long enough for many natural supplements to have a big effect on my appearance though. This is roughly the halfway point of this run and I couldn’t be happier with how it has been so far

fantastic--mental well being is a great affect....
the salesman in me can't resist telling you about the mood enhancement effect i get from neuro p5 [topical preg], in particular when i apply to temples. :)

Think your gonna run another month of this or just do the 1 month run?

Don’t remember your starting weight but I remember you dropped quite a bit early on, did it taper off or still dropping?

Either way sounds like it’s been treating you well!

Agreed completely. I always go back and forth between my goals of do I want to look good or just be strong or both. Then I tell myself well if I just solely want to be strong then my diet can lax a little bit :)

Starting weight 184.2 And it dropped about four pounds the first week and then about three more the second week, with strength still improving. It has certainly been treating me well and I am very pleased. I will definitely run this product again, I am not sure yet whether I’ll run this for two months this run.

I actually just picked up some Icon 1… with how impressed I was by this I am excited to see how their transdermal andros treat me. That is probably going to start up after this but I’m thinking that the neuro AET might be a good addition to PCT? With fluctuating hormone levels post cycle I don’t see how it could be a bad thing at all to get better sleep and reduce cortisol.

The diet is my favorite part of training for strength, I get my daily protein in and as long as I hit my calories I eat whatever else I want for the rest of my day. When I’m trying to bulk or be aesthetic I’m a lot more regimented because I don’t just want to bloat up and look like crap. I may be weird but I like adding in more vegetables when I try to put on weight 😂

When I am focused on diet I love it because it’s meat every meal. I keep it focused and very protein intense.

icon one and alpha four are sorely missed by me...a few sites still have limited stock but once gone they are gone!!!

right on the money about neuro AET being good for pct...hormonals reduce production of cortisol so rebound is something anti-corts have been used to prevent for a very long time--back when i joined this forum anti-corts were a standard part of pct.
