IBE Order ????

Dunno where to post this but here it is:

I ordered some products from IBE 6 days ago and have not heard a word since. :(
????
I emailed them today after waiting patiently for 6 days so I am abit concerned. I have had them referred to me from
a few guys so I am not panicing yet. But would like to know what is happening.

I am hopeing it is on the way and someone forgot to send me the tracking details ;)

Then again...how is IBE gonna know which order is mine by my nick/post here? Order Number maybe?

They always come through. You might get a quicker response by posting on their board. It is in my signature.

I still cant join the forum due to "anti robotic error" at sign in screen. I would also like a tracking number for an order i made 11 days ago. Cant seem to get anyone on the phone or by email.

If I don't hear back from them soon, I'll cancel my order with my credit card company due to fraud.

I agree.I have in the past and will continue to order from them. I know they'll definately make good so im not worried at all. I do think returning emails and sending tracking or shipping info/and or backorder info with expected time of delivery is a little lacking when compared to other board sponsors. For me that info is very helpful having different locations/times that i am available to ensure i receive my orders from online suplliers properly.

A few of my friends have ordered from IBE and they come highly reccommended, and have always delivered..... I just want to be in the loop is all with regard to my order is all.
I am sure it will eventually come, but being humans as we are...... We always want things yesterday! ;)

Got ahold of Halo on the IBE forums. I should be getting my order shortly, they took the time to make things right.

mine was ordered 2 weeks ago yesterday and still nothing. I've sent 5 e-mails the admin e-mail address. I got 1 response last friday apologizing for the delay, saying they either sent it or would send it, but would send an additional bottle free with express delivery. Like I said, that was last friday. Still nothing.
 
I placed my order on 7/5/05 and i still haven't received my order. I can understand if they are backordered but at the very least, they should let their customers with pending orders know. I'm definitely not happy with the way that IBE has handled my order thus far... I ordered oratropin and ectotropin and regardless of how it works for me, i'm going back to injectables. At least i know i can get those reliably.
 
cant get past the robot test either. I too ordered ectotropin and oratropin over 2 weeks ago during the 4th of july sale, and have had no response whatsoever. Theyve been good in the past for me, but this time If I dont get it within the next week then I wont be able to finish it before I leave the state, and its not to convinient to refrigerate those things on a plane. So I hope they pull through soon or I will have just wasted 200 bucks. I know they will pull through eventually, but If Im not here to recieve it there will be nobody to refrigerate it, so my concern is time.
 
Contact IBE via phone. The first time I ordered I had my stuff in a couple of days. The second order I placed with them I waited three weeks and no product came. I called the number and they had absolutely no record of my order. I contacted my credit card company and no order had been processed through them either. IBE had no explanation when I called them back but they made good on the deal. I received the product two days later and they did not charge me anything. I would buy from them again but I would not wait longer than a week before calling them to confirm the order had been processed.
 
According to IBE, all backorders shipped out yesterday so we should expect our package to come any day now.
 
They seem to be having some trouble lately with orders. I'm thinking that there must be some business changes going on and they are having some growing pains. They've always been good at customer service and seem to make amends with free stuff when they screw up. So I would give them the benefit of the doubt and look forward to when they get the communication repaired in their company. I, personally, see this as a short term problem. Any growing business can have this sort of thing happen. It's not the end of the world. I gage a company's reputation by how well they resolve these sorts of problems. If they appease the customers and fix the problem....then they will have my business forever because it tells me that they care and are paying attention. If it is a recurring problem **cough**Rizzer**cough then I'm outta there.

I don't know if that was the package or not, but i'd guess I'll have it tomorrow. They apologized and offered free research chems. They are making good on the delay and I can respect that and give them a thumbs up for trying to do right.

Yup, they took care of my problems as well.
 
IBE, You can check my posts about your company and will see I got your back all the way. Heck I even probably got a little out of line slamming a guy in a thread yesterday.

Just a suggestion do NOT run any sales. You say you got over whelmed and now are already talking about doing another sale. Why bring that up at all? Just wait til you get things back in order and then MAYBE do another sale.

As it is you probably DID lose some potential customers because of all the posts asking about their orders. You only made a couple bucks on the kit. You should know customers by now. You can say a hundred times on your website that the orders will be delays but human nature being what it is they will NOT wait patiently.


Now you probably upset some of your regular customers who didn't even know about your July 4th sale but just ordered some research chems for their next cycle and now you have even possibly upset THEM because their order is delayed. Most of them will never read this thread and will NEVER find out why their order took 3 or even 4 times it usually does.

IMO your prices are already low. I would prefer to get a notification about my order and get it in the normal 3 o 4 days at your usually price than get no replies to my email, my order or my post about where is my order and get a sale price. BTW I am NOT waiting for an order, just saying IF I were.

As I say I ALWAYS have your back and hope you take this post in the spirit in which it was written.


BTW I was going to order a couple of thing you usually carry. Are you back up to speed on the normal products or still running a little behind?

For what it is worth, I think the sales are a great idea; perhaps sale-oriented communication could be somewhat more of a focus (although it has not beeen an issue for me).
 
Its seems like you have 2 problems.
1. Communication with customers
2. logistics.

Most of us gets a little pissy when we do not know what is going on. Waiting for a product and not knowing why or when it will arrive creats a disatisfied customer.
The good thing is that you can fix this at no cost.

If you are backordered then post it here.
If you maintain a subforum then use it. Don't make your customers hunt down the information.

2. Its more difficult to fix since it requires money. But currently it seems to be a problem so you need to do something.

About the sales.
You have sales to keep your customers. If you have a sale, get backed up and your customers gets unhappy - I would suggest that you do not post what you just did. That your employees don't feel appricated is not really the customers concern but that your customers are unhappy should be YOUR main concern.

You need the sales to compete for business. I guess that in your case it also might be to bring in more cash. Do not dismiss sales because you can't communicate with customer.

Its really frustrating when I email you, call you and even post a message without no response. It seems to piss off people and makes you look very unreliable.

Personally, I think IBE got really good intentions, they try hard. Fix your communications problem and you will have many more happy customers.

I missed out on your sale due to no response back. I ended up buying a few products from your competitors instead. I had a very simple question about shipping that has not been anwsered yet.

I will probably buy something from you again but I hope you will improve your communication.
