FedEx did a number on the new shipment of oratropin kits. I still havn't got the whole story but IBE can not ship out the new kits in good faith so they are reordering. There will be atleast a week delay on kits.

FedEx has done this before.
Guys FedEx and the post office are a joke where IBE is. I just found out today that when IBE pays for express shipping which is 2 days. The post office will hold on to the order for 5 days before they ship it out. As of today IBE took 25 express reciepts to the post office and demanded a refund. It's a joke down there and it's bringing IBE a lot of heat and accusations.
They're trying to find out another way of shipping but I have not a clue what they can do.
