So just an FYI to those, like myself waiting for shipments. I just got off the phone with Cheryl from IBE, and she was VERY nice. They are busier than I thought, I could here a lot of hustle and busle in the background. They are trying very hard to get products out the door ASAP. Supposedly my order of P GH is being mailed today, and my Hexatropin kit tommorow. Anyone else waiting for a hexa kit should get it shipped out tomorrow or Monday at the latest. IBE admin, give Cheryl a pat on the back for professional courtesy!
 
IBE called me today to tell me that they were short 1 kit of OT, but could send the rest of it today. I talked to a guy, didn't get his name, but he was actually out of breath on the phone. They are definitely slammed.

Still nothing on my Oratropins.Real nice tying up hundreds of dollars on my credit card for 3 weeks right before christmas.How about posting an ETA on those boxes you are waiting for.I dont want a refund i want to use your product.Just a little communication would be nice for all in the same boat can see.

I can see where you are comming from. You need to realize what kind of stress they are under also. Especially with the sales they have had im sure a bunch of people took advantage of it.I had the same problem as you. I talked to them and sent me a new one express mail. So just chill.
 
They might have made a mistake by having back to back sales, but they did say that everyone whose tropins got held up will get a free kit :D
 
IBE has always made good with me. Just keep calling them there is a guy there named Gary and he is top shelf, definitely a professional. Anyway don't give up on IBE there a great company.

Yeah, they are definately trying. I spoke with a rep about my 2 tropin kits (ordered about a month ago.) and he expressed them that day (allthough one without the box he said.) Unfortunately, It didnt get here in time and now I have to leave town and wont be back for a month. In the event that this were to happen, he said theyd send both kits plus a free one to my out of state address while Im visiting. So looks like, Ill be getting an extra kit. though I would have been satisfied just to get the two right away so I could start them before I drop the slin from my cycle, but the fact that they reconcile the problems with merchandise says alot about their dedication to their customers.

Im fine if it takes a while, i just want it before I go back home. I had it sent to my parents place Since i will be here for a few weeks. As long as its here before I leave im happy, I dont want them to have to ship it to me.
 
Fast shipping

They shipped my order of nolva in 4 days. It is my first time doing business with them and it was a good experience. Good job IBE.
 
Oh well, looks like my orders didnt ship out, according to the USPS Express tracking #'s, they don't exist. Great.........Here we go again. :wtf:

It might take a few days to go through. I ordered mine and IBE sent me my shipping # but it wasn't in USPS system till 2-3 days later.
 
nobody should rely on the usps tracking info as they are by far the worst at updating their site. i dont think i have ever had something sent usps and not received my package before the site even said it had gotten past electronic notification. i cant wait until they switch delivery services.

yeah same here i know xmas is here so it comes with the territory

i ordered p-gh and nolva buy one get one free on the 14th i paid for priority to speed it up a bit. but it still hasnt showed int eh system. i hope it arrives soon, its my xmas present to me :)
 
seems that most of the delay has to do with kits etc... my orders for T3 etc had click and ship tracking sent to me the next day....

I ordered same as you, i'm just looking for a guess how long I should wait for the shipment before I bother them about it. Been about a week by now for me, some t3.
 
also keep in mind that the USPS is going thru hell right now as well... i have yet to get mail that was sent to me from FL over 2 weeks ago.. and this is just a lil ol letter... tis the season

but all else fails.. then give them an email.. or post in their own IBE forum ( not anabolic minds) they are always good to get back IMO
 
yeah i get letters now sent to me 2 weeks back from pa. yet i had a high flow cat shipped usps from jersey to here in 2 days .

usps is wierd
 
True. I sent a package one state over and it used to take 2 days priority, now i think it was like 5. USPS.....
 
well i orderd on the 8th....
still nothing.... i called on the 14th and was told by a female that shipping is hectic and usps sucks etc.
then i called on the 16th and was told they ran out of bottles and they hadnt shipped it yet.?????? but he would free upgradeto express shipping and it would go out that afternoon.....

i sure hope its here today....

long way to drive to cuss someone out and take 15 or so hexa kits as a mediation tactic
 
Ordered mine on the 12th or so and recieved today. USPS had it for close to aweek or so, they must really be backed up. Package was also completely squished. Pissed me off, good thing nothing was broken.
 
yeah this is day 5 in the system with no update at all even with priority shipping.

i ordered stuff after i ordered this priority and it arrived today.

the postal service is really pissing me off. why pay extra for priority

Not true i only ordered PCT products and spent over $100. I ordered on the 10th and recieved electronic notification from them on the 12th. I've been checking everyday and it still says electronic notification. I have a feeling i'm not gonna get my stuff til after new years AND THAT SUX! I'd like to have my liquid V and liquid CIA for new years eve damn it.
 
What im wondering is why I am paying $8 for shipping on something that cost $3.95 to ship. That is what I dont get, seems like a rip off in that sense. But I figure since I got a buy one get one free its all gravy lol :)

The postage maybe $3.95, but you have to include a charge for handling.
All companies charge shipping and handling.
 
Good point, many charge around $1 it seems for that, must just mean they have more people working or something. Either way I am a happy customer so I'm not complaining.
 
My package was shipped the 16th and I haven't gotten it yet but I'm a bit relieved that they are backed up right now. Somebody has been steeling mail from my neighborhood. They stole a letter from my insurance company with my SSN # and a credit card bill...

So hopefully this means my package hasn't been jacked, I've been waiting outside each day for the mailman now.
 
Since I started this thread, here's an update. Still don't have my P-GH or HEXA kit. I was told they would ship out last Friday, then this morning I was told they would ship out today, then at 8pm I got a call from Cheryl @IBE saying they did not ship out and she was very apologetic. She said she would send me 2 extra P-GH vials for free and would PERSONALLY drop the package off at USPS tomorrow via express. At least she called me, that was cool. We shall see what happens..............

I've been dealing with USPS for years as I am sure everyone else has. They are pretty good @ getting the packages delivered within their guarenteed time frame. If it were one or two incidents maybe but from what I've read this is not an isolated issue. This appears to be more of an issue of the actual time from label printing to the actual time of shipment; It appears to be delayed by several days.
After my first order with them I learned not to rely on speedy shipment. If it were not "buy one get one free" I would not have ordered again.

yeah dude same here i check it each day and no status change. and i paid for priority
 
i had to call again yesterday..... it seems it went out monday instead of friday as promised.

so unless it arrives today i might not be using them again.

there are countless posts about the shipping issues with them. i think they need to change carriers
 
same here im officially pissed off.

i ordered the 14th priority, as of today nothing, not even a system update

on oct 17th i ordered something from bb.com as a gift as well as anew Ram for my computer

one came from idaho the other from cali. both have already arrived

i payed extra for priority and nothing
 
yeah well whattya gonna do i guess.

I can't even ask about my order because I left the email w/ the order number and stuff on my pc up where I attend school! lol.

As long as I get it before Jan7th when I fly back I wont mind. lol.

Too bad their products are so good! :icon_lol:
 
i tried emailing IBE to see if my order has been shipped out but i keep getting my email returned saying the user is unknown does anyone have the correct email address?
 
Ugh. I ordered on the 15th, "shipped" on the 16th. Not in my mailbox as of the 21st and mail has come already. waiting... Really hoped to have by Christmas. Have had better service, but not 2-for-1. Oh well.
 
i called to and emailed and got nothing

it just irratates me that stuff im ordering after this is arriving now
 
Ordered Dec. third, recived today.

Your stuff is comming and the delays are shrinking so hang in. he's been good for a long time and I'm sure he'll recover.

Stay patient if you can.
 
Try paying $21 buck shipping for an order that costs about the same, and not getting till 3-4 weeks later. I get raped on shipping cost which is not even close to what the shipping should be, at like $10 at the most.
 
as of 1 oclock and notta thing here..... i think the mail lady has made the run but im gonna give ibe the benefit of the doubt... and give them a few hours before i call for the third time........

this is getting out of hand..... trusted sponsor? more like we trust that you will get it..... well after the date you needed it
 
the only thing i dont get is how u can charge for shipping priority then making a label so you feel all fuzzy tht it is int he system. then 9 days later still nothing.
 
well i can say that... i am in the same boat as you all, but at the same time we all expected this shipping problems is not a new issue with IBE.. but why do we do it... why do we order.. because IBE does make good when their customer feels wronged ( even if it isn't their fault sometimes) and for most of their products, we trust their quality... so.. i guess in the words of Ming Zang ( the guy who ownes Man Hing chinese Food Eatin Or Takeout here in rutherford nj... "you no like.. you no order again":cool:

I'm with you. I knew not to expect to receive my order anytime soon. 2-for-1 who f**king cares how long it takes. Unless of course you are waiting to start PCT but then it is shame on you.

I will be starting PCT in mid-April, I just hope it comes by then.
 
problem is i didnt think ibe had shipping probs.

and i figure d with pct to start in 3 weeks any human on earth would have figured it would be here

this is my last order with IBE. i just had to order my pct from elsewhere today so now im gonna have all this extra nolva
