I3C

Think of it like this.... you can have all the estrogen in the world but if you are on a SERM then the estrogen is blocked. Even if the SERM doesn't block all estrogen receptors. If a cmpd down regulates androgen receptors then you are moving in the wrong direction, right?

Yeah, you're right... That's why I ordered Hard FX instead of more testopro.

Great discussion guys

I'm subbing for the good info on I3C for future references :)

^^^ I agree with AK on this one. Its an under used supplement.

I don't think Nutra sell either I3C or DIM. Is that right? Strange if so...

Okay I've checked and thats bang on. Davinill bulk is on Nutra ... out of stock perhaps permanently?

Has anyone here found bulk I3C or DIM? I'm sure Nutra used to stock this :dunno: There's lots of "NOW" supps in this area, but bulk?

I didn't notice anywhere stating it down regulated ALL AR's just ones of the prostate. If LCLT upregulates AR's would this be a winning combo?

Ditto. I3C & DIM, same thing, every time.

scary. What was you "low dose? Never used it myself.

I must agree that I3C effects the body in a negative fashion. I need all of my androgen receptors to be blazing ready!

I heard that DIM is better, besause it has similar properties, but doesnt have chemical reactions with a bunch of things in your digestive tract.

quick question has anybody specifically used I3C in conjunction w/ 6-oxo for pct? 6-oxo being such an effective AI, and I3C as an estrogen regulator or what have you

I am no expert in chemistry, but in laman terms 13c converts the 'bad' estrogen but at the same time blocks the androgen receptors? Meaning the free testosterone cannot be utilized? Just want to clarify.

We've seen the study but it only discusses blockage of the ARs in the prostate, not in skeletal muscle. Not sure if the two are simultaneously down regulated.
