I3C & Trans-Resveratrol

yeah, I have some 1-t thp ether caps, and I will eventually run them with just resveratraol as ai on cycle. and likely as post cycle therapy as well :) I3C I still have some questions on

you keep bragging about your 1test ether caps....you ever gonna get some balls and pop them? Im waiting for you to post "i ran out of my 1test ether caps and i need more" kind of deal.

Ill be using I3C during an upcoming PCT..

hmph. Well I was going to do a halo in december-jan, but I guess the 1-t caps would work too :)

brah, you are itching to do it (1-t). Plan it and with your knowledge you should have no trouble having a successful first cycle.

Your stack is solid!

I think I3C is a potent phytochemical and SERM.

Apart from the classic selective estrogen receptor properties, I3C also induces apoptosis (cell suicide), inhibits DNA damage, supports 2-Hydroxylation of Estrogen (benefical) versus of 16 a-Hydroxylation, is a potent antioxidant, inhibits dioxin, potentiates the effect of Tamoxifen (if also taken), and anti-cancer effects, especially the growth of prostate cancer cells.

Trans-resveratrol is also a potent anti-inflammatory and SERM. Apart from this, it also improves cardiovascular function, exhibits anti-mutagenic effects, is anti-fugal, regulates protein synthesis in DNA, acts as a potent anti-oxidant, supports endothelial cell-wall integrity, enhances sperm counts, and so on.

One may also consider another natural SERM, genistein, a soy isoflavone. Genistein triggers the metabolization of estradiol to estrogenically weaker or inactive metabolites, apart from other beneficial biological effects.

Other possibilities are flax lignans and yam sapogenins.

jeebus theres alot of new crap coming out pct-wise.

What's this trans-resveratrol? I heard about it and it's in alot of PCT products. I think it's in AI's PCT? But specifically what is I3C?

I3C, indole-3-carbinol, is a potent phytochemical and SERM.

There are two forms of resveratrol, the "cis-form" and the "trans-form". The cis-form is synthetic whereas the trans-form is the biologically active form. Trans-resveratrol is also a potent anti-inflammatory and SERM. It also improves cardiovascular function, exhibits anti-mutagenic effects, is anti-fugal, regulates protein synthesis in DNA, acts as a potent anti-oxidant, supports endothelial cell-wall integrity, enhances sperm counts, and so on.

wow bro you know ur sh1t. Thanks mang. I'm gonna look into this trans-resveratrol as well as the I3C. They sound very promising, esp. to potentiate the effects of Tamoxifen by the I3C.

I3C is NOT new and it has been in discussion for years. For whatever reason companies are just now starting to realize its benefits.

As for Trans-ResV ... anyone want to also discuss the estrogenic effects of resveratrol?

its probably the best compound all around really. acts like testosterone, isn't crazy strong like some of the current designers, but also doesn't aromatize. its a pity my wife is pregnant, cause i also managed to find some transdermal 4-ad, so I could have done a complete "party like its 2004" cycle then. I have enough to do 600mg/day for 8 weeks too. Mostly was thinking the halo as i'm still on the fat side, probably 18-19% right now. i've still got some time before I was going to start the cycle anyhow, i'll research around the 1-t cycles while i'm stuck in the hotel this week for work :)

I do. I keep seeing mention of the estrogenic effects, I think that I even related that their were questions about it on some other thread, but no one seems to go further than that.
I'm quite sure it's all going to be way over my head, though.
Actually, I'm just going to start a new thread, because the subject deserves it, we may be high-jacking this thread, and it'll make it much easier for others to find with the search function. It'll be in the PCT forum. Everybody's invited.
