Wondering if you sent my 2 bottles of AP i won from this thread? Tried to PM usplabs 3 times, asked zircote and mullet about it, wondering if it was sent and held up, not sent or at the least getting a response of sorts, i have purchased some AP and am almost out since ive been waiting.
 
I'm sure USP will get back to you somewhat.

Rockhard did you just ask to see a receipt? Get a clue.

Relax ladies....if they are sold out everywhere i imagine it might take some time to recieve a "free sample"

No reciept needed, because this is about a contest where i was two get to bottles, for two reasons. thanks for your concern i hope we get this settled or get a response atleast to figure what may have happened, usp is prolly busy counting money from Ap, sirplus, new powerfull etc.

I dont want a "sample" no offence but after the first time you were corrected you might want to read about what your commenting on to avoid looking silly.
 
Wow...you'd think that after all the bs usp labs went through when they gave a free bottle of ap to a customer who then posted on every board about how he didnt know what was in the product and that he was scared to take, that you would not post this on a public forum about a free bottle that you have yet to recieve.

Maybe you should also post in bb because more people there will feel pitty for you.

Shame on you for not being more considerate.

You and I corresponded via PM and as in the PM, I told you I would bring your situation to Jacob's attention and I did. If you saw the Nutra thread, we just shipped out our Anabolic Pump to Sam. Unfortunate as it may be, we simply did not anticipate such an insane response to AP as occurred. As a result, both our direct store and our suppliers were sans AP. To comfort you, not even our reps have received product lately because of the insane demand for our products. While we have corrected the situation to ensure our supply can meet demand, even paying customers are dealing with the exact situation. This post may not paint us in the best light, but for worse or better, it is the situation. We did not anticipate such an insane and immediate response, and it will not happen again. Soon as we clear our backorders I can assure you that your free bottle will be sent out soon.

I had no intention of painting anyone in any light, only making the situation known so it can be dealt with however way best determined. Ultimately if it makes it any easier ill take two bottles of ANY USP product, but if i must wait then i shall. I have never made any negative remarks or implications only positive as all my past post indicate, I know nothing of Usp's supply and demand/ stocking and was only seeking an answer. Thanks for a definitive response.

No, it's understandable. You were promised a free product, and you rightfully will receive it. I apologize that it has taken this long, and was just letting you know why it has. Thank you for your patience.

I imagine the reason i had to wait was Usp being very busy, but they do make right in the end. I may be a hypocrite but be patient and a few friendly reminders help for sure.

True, and I understand that. It just been one month as of today and I started to inquire on the 26th of Feb, with no progress. Mulletsoldier, has responded and to that I say thank you. And USP has also gotten in touch with me via PM. I am sorry to hijack your thread, just got a little perturbed and I believe that USPLabs is a great company w/ awesome products that I believe in. I am just having a rough transaction with them this time but my last order went as smooth as butter. Once again, thanks and sorry for the slight derail.

So, which is it? In your first post, you claim you can not even get a response from USPLabs, then in your very next one, you now claim that USPLabs has indeed got ahold of you through PM's

Well one can see that my original post was done approx. 3 hrs before my follow-up post. My "claim" was that no one had at the time of my original post gotten a hold of me after several attempts (via email and PM). I generated a PM at the same time (of my original post) to Mullet, and then I logged off. When I got back I had a response from Mullet and while typing my second message I finally got a response from USP in the form of a PM.

My mistake with this customer. In our tremendous growth, I plan to answer the e-mail but than I have to cordinate a shipment from china to india and than deal with Fedex and fill a few orders...

This will improve without doudts.

It's very possible. I know Jacob sent a multi-pack Canada shipment out, mine was included and I have not received either.

I hear ya gents if canada wasnt my definition of paradise sans the abundant cheap supps my american brothers get, i wouldnt live here. Oy yeah and i was born here and havent found a reason to leave. Hope the package comes as i am out of AP and havent forgot that it worked well. I guess my AP future is in the hands of my border officials. Maybe its cause it says "anabolic" or theyve heard about it and borrowed some to sample.

This is very weird. I have received all of my USP bottles from Jacob and was never lost or seized. Darn that sucks...

Yeah i dunno wtf. mullet was very kind to offer me one of his bottles but it doesnt seem fair to him for me to get one of his.

For anyone following mulletsoldier rep extraordinare was so kind to send me a bottle of AP to stem the tide and kickstart my reintrodution in to the world or glycogen filled muscle cells. Usp has tried to fill their end of this lop sided bargain but my evil customs officials have thrown a few hurdles our way and USP has been great through the months and actually upgraded me another product although they have not wronged me. thanks guys, mullet, jacob, and bp.

EDIT: when typing this i had just emailed my addy so i was under the assumptino that i might get something, and the brown nosing was in vain aparently.
