i wanna get shreaded!!

im like 12.5% bodyfat. but i just cant seem to keep the fat off or get it off period. is there ne tips people can tell me that they used in getting to a low bdyft %?

Interval sprints are the best thing imo.(cardio in a fast,slow,fast manner) I use a heart rate monitor to gague when i change the tempo.
 
post up your diet. That will be the key.

I agree -- diet is everything when it comes to getting that last couple %bf off --- I was around 12% and have been able to get to about 8% and am stil dropping by focussing on diet. My strategy has been to maintain a calorie deficit without sacrificing the protein. I'm averaging about 1700cals/day with about 200g of protein per day -- in 7 small 'meals'. It takes discipline, and you'll be hungry, but that's the answer IMO . . . I'll be honest -- I've also lost some strength but when the fat is dropping off
