I need Some Good Protein

I would definately try ATW their whey isolate at 38$ for 5lbs can't be beat I just
purchased 15lbs and the flavors are not to bad. The flavoring is not too strong so they
don't have that chemical after taste that some proteins have. So far I've had the
cinnimon bun, chocolate, chocolate mint, berry,and peach and all have tasted pretty
good. Their micellular casien is also very good and it is a great anticatabolic protein
when you want a protein to digest a little slower than whey.
 
When crowler announced that AI was getting back into the Whey game, got extremely excited. Quality stuff. Now we just need to convince him to start whipping up some OG healthy cookies again.

Don't make it complicated. The conventional whey protein from GNC or Wal-Mart has around 52g per 2 scoops, is cheap and doesn't taste bad.

In a way yes and in a way no. The body typically uses your protein for active tasks, like making proteins for transports adn other things of that nature. However the same can be said for fat. You HAVE to have it! But, you don't want to much or your Respiratory Quotient would be way over 1 and then your body would be actively laying down fast. True weight loss is summarized in one simple equation:

Calories(in) - Calories(out) = (weight loss or weight gain)

So, if you have a positive value, you will gain weight. If you have a negative number, you will lose weight. Thats it the end to weight gain or loss, this holds true everyday. When you are concerned STRICTLY with weight loss.
