I need some advice guys

Metab normally bases on structure i'd say, besides gentics, by your small avi, your prolly endo/meso, so i'd say eat chicken/br/vegies for mostly every meal, along with oats eggs for breakfast like most do, and slow digesting/fats at night.
also toss in a spoonfull of almond butter

Creatine mono works fine, don't bother loading phase, if you are susceptible to fat gain, then just be careful about excess carbs and fats, but definitely get in food with a solid training regimen as well as proper recovery.
 
I, personally, avoid jumping on the "newest greatest thing" band wagon ...... there are literally hundreds of thousands of research papers showing the efficacy of creatine monohydrate ... plus it is so cheap it's almost free,,, I buy it by the kilo,,, take 5g a day..... you do the math,,,, lasts for frikkin ever!!!

With the extreme amount of $$$ I spend on all this silly stuff,,, I really don't mind saving a dime or two when I can!!!

if this stack your buddy is offering you is free, or really inexpensive, sure go ahead and take it. there are no steroids in there, and the 2 pro hormones the first product contains are dosed too low to make any kind of effect.
