I'm going to go a different route than everyone else in this thread so far. I suggest IF. Start with shorter fasts and work your way up. Once you get used to it, IF is a breeze. The problem with eating early in the morning ( especially is it's carbohydrate dense) is you get wild blood sugar swings, which you will perceive as hunger. With IF you will feel a little hunger early then it passes and the rest of the fasting period is usually fairly easy. Then when you get to eat, you can have bigger, more satiating meals. Also the whole small meals to "stoke the metabolic fire" has been completely debunked.
