I need help with my appetite!!

I'm trying to lose weight but I'm always hungry. What should I do to sort of surpres that hunger? Any help is needed!!
 
6 meals?
I don't know your height weight bmi etc...

What your intake is etc...

6-8 is a great number,
Have a great breakfast, and a great dinner.
Meet your intake through all of the meals. So in the day, eat 4 meals that don't bust your intake, but satisfy you.
 
And have a good breakfast and dinner. Don't forget, eating and burning DOES boost the metabolism

Drink more water.
Drink coffee (caffeine acts as an appetite suppressant).
Eat more vegetables and fiber (helps you feel fuller longer)
Stay busy - if you have a busy schedule you'll be less focused on food and hunger
 
Get a fiber supplement. It'll help keep you FULL and also help things keep moving!!!

So...drink more water, eat more meals and supplement with fiber
 
Definitely more water for sure..

I have the same issue a little. I'm close to a gallon of water a day and it helps. Even when ur not thirsty, drink a bottle or couple of glasses
 
I'm going to go a different route than everyone else in this thread so far. I suggest IF. Start with shorter fasts and work your way up. Once you get used to it, IF is a breeze. The problem with eating early in the morning ( especially is it's carbohydrate dense) is you get wild blood sugar swings, which you will perceive as hunger. With IF you will feel a little hunger early then it passes and the rest of the fasting period is usually fairly easy. Then when you get to eat, you can have bigger, more satiating meals. Also the whole small meals to "stoke the metabolic fire" has been completely debunked.
