Killed myself in the gym today. To make the selection easier, Everyone post the meal time and content before a workout. For example.

1 1/2 hours before a workout I eat 50 grams of rolled oats with 30 grams whey protein and 3 grams fishoil.

and current pre workout supplements.

45-60 min. before workout= 60g protein/55g carbs/15g fat.
Usually pancakes made from oats, f.f.c.c., egg whites, with some pb on top! Or I have oatmeal with an apple in it and 50g of a WPI/MPI blend.

Post workout= 75g WMS, 20 min later, 60g WPI/MPI at 50/50 blend

Current pre w/o supps= 2-3 basic cuts.
 
oh dang...almost forgot to put that I take AP with my pre w/o meal! How could I foget that!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!

I usually eat about 50-60 g complex carbs from oats or rice, and 30-40 g protein from chicken and/or whey about 1-1.5 hrs pre workout. I have also used about 30 g WMS before and after training.

Pre workout supplement include AP before meal, and I use Chaos sometimes.
 
1 hour before workout I eat 1 sustain bar (20g pro. 35g carbs) 2 scoops of AI Protein Isolate with skim milk. Pre Workout supp I use is DS's XCeed
 
Pre wo: 1 tbsp PB 1 apple, 1 AP.

Post: 23 g. Dextrose

30-45 mins. after dextrose: 3/4 cup oats, NeoVar, 50g. Isolate, 12 oz. skim milk.
 
90 minutes before workout I eat 50g oats, 12oz lean protein (usually boneless/skinless chicken breast) and 1 apple. I take 1 capsule AP 15 minutes before that meal.

30 minutes before workout I take 1 Animal Pak, 2 capsules AMP, and 5 grams creatine gluconate. I sip Gatorade diluted 2:1 with water during my workout.

i workout in the morning at 5am.........

i mix Green Magnitude with 6 scoops XTend and 1 scoop Substance protein in a half gallon jug and begin sipping 15 minutes prior to workout, take my supplements (currently Mass FX, Hyperdrol X-2, and Retain 2) then hit the gym!

sip on that during my workout and then have 75g carbs (usually oatmeal) and about 36g protein either from eggs or another shake.
 
starting a cut today:

average day:

35g protein shake morning+DCP+camphibolic+ either of adipokintex/NYC/FYRE/ECAY/stim-x

3 hours later: turkey sandwich(minimal bread)

Lunch : AP 30 min before. whatever is served(medium carbs <80g)

3 hours later : 35g protein shake

3 hours later : gym, during i have some BSL nitrojet in the water bottle. Mmmmm

Post workout : AP + 35g protein and ~40G carbs

3 hours later : casein shake 35g protein

bedtime...

i snake on a bit of dried fruit and oats/bran combo(minimal)

for pre workout boost. usually its the same thermo from the morning 1.5 hours before gym.

so basically cutting down carbs drastically, and keeping protein high and decent fat.
when i think i need it, i have a mini carb up every 4 or 5 day.

so yes id like to try out something new :-)

p.s. after 2 weeks, ill be adding powerfull, san's tyrocuts II and pea/hordenin combo(/hopefully this will be more usefull then)
 
I am in a cutting phase right now.

1-1.5 hours pre-workout is 7oz chicken breast, 2 cups brocolli, 2 tablespoons Almond Butter.

Usually mix up 5-10grams of BCAA and 2 scoops(46g) Whey Isolate and sip on that throughout workout.

30minutes post-workout I consume the same meal as I mentioned above.
 
Yes at it again and about to deliver the single most potent pre workout supplement EVA EVA EVER! Hey Jacob, when you say "Anabolic Pump to the 4th degree", do you mean it does the same thing as AP (nutrient shuttling) only better, or is it a completely different kind of supplement?

I'm really excited about this because pre-workout supps are HUGE IMO. Better workouts = more muscle & strength :squat:

If I am not taking weight gainer I do practically the same thing --- maybe more like 60-70g oats in my whey shake(35g) 1.5 hr pre workout.
 
Weather or not I am chosen I will still support the product and buy it. I just know I do not take any thing currently and would be able to give a clean log for it.

I believe in your company and I know cuase I used to use world size products and they went out of business. Sucks because I spent 100's of dollars on there products for them to go out of business. Your company is doing something right becuase people like my friends are taking products from your company. I have not started anabolic pump or any thing for that matter because I am waiting for my cycle as I am on my 1 week off from max -ot but as I saw that you have a new product I figurd I can wait a few weeks no biggie.

I’m writing to on this thread becuase I share your passion for helping the board get the best review possible. As you know, people in our society are treated as if they have no interests and are objects to be discarded at whim. The suffering caused by crappy companies no doubt why you choose to devote so much time and energy to making quality products. I really appreciate that you took so much time to consider me as a candidate for this product. I especially appreciate the information and you have provided which you have shared with me and the board. I am excited regardless as money is not a issue to me. I never have and never will when it comes to supplements. I want the best and if you offer the best than that is what it will have to be. Let us know when it comes out. :) I will regularly check this web site to see people's log. Also let me know if you have shirts as I would love to support your shirt at the gym as I have asked many other reps on this board if they would supply me with there shirt so I can sport there company. :)
 
All I know is that Anabolic Pump is a top-notch supplement, and if this is AP to the 4th degree, then it is going to be FVCKING BADASS.
 
I am not going to say that I would deliver a killer log, but....wait. Yes, I would deliver a killer log.
 
Well if a product is that damn good the whole world needs to know and I need to sport a shirt to go along with the company so they get even more word out on there company. Bottom line.
 
Pumps are always a great side effect. The true test of a supplement is peformance; lift longer, harder, heavier, recover and repeat.

This is the goal with this supplement.
 
Than sounds like we have a winner with your new product based on what you have said. I am gald some companys are ethical.
