I love to cycle! ...last half of cycle mini log.

I'd say wait until PCT to add the clen bro. Since you're on the peptides, sd, test, winny....That wouldn't be good for your cardiovascular health. The choice is yours, but that's just my.02

from my experience, yes it had an anticatabolic property. I almost always use it whenever I am cutting and don't want to lose muscle. I usually run that and a natty T booster to aid in that department. i actually felt pretty good during my PCT with this, however I DID need to use various sleep aids.
 
just hit traps and delts, no tris today.

10mg super pre with 3 levi

nice workout and great pump. just pinned 40mcg split in both rear deltoid heads.

drinking my shake now with creatine and taurine and 25mg winstrol. ive been taking 2g of vitamin c and 5g creatine for a while now also.

on another note, my DOMS is up, that is noted with pegmgf so id say the stuff is legit. even back which i worked a few days ago is experiencing DOMS along with chest and shoulders.
 
arm workout today, just finished. 10mg sdrol with a meal 1hour prewo. 6 hemodraulix 2 leviathan 30min prewo. i threw in some barbel concentration curls that i saw a picture of Arnold doing back in the day. I liked these. Planned on hitting calves and forearms but that got scratched, just did some bis and tris with some hammer curls. 3 sets of lat pulldowns just for kicks.

4 scoops xtend post wo, banana, 50mg winny, 500mg vit c, and 20mcg igf1 in each tricep. hit a nerve in the right tri and was kinda odd...pulled out and relocated pin.

went grocery shopping today... so happy after i do that lol. gonna have some ahi poke then some steak n mushrooms with brown rice later. Im probably gonna do a lil drinking tonight with my gf and her friends.

still waiting on a digital cam to mess around with and take some pics.

its weird i have bruises on each frontal deltoid head that i injected the pegmgf into. i dont usually inject in that head but the bruises are right at the injection points.

just loaded and shot .5cc of deca300, .7cc of test 500 split into each delt. the viscosity of the test 500 is really thick, its real slow to inject. tonight maybe calves abs cardio. next days: then back, then chest, then shoulders...so this gives me time to recover if these shots are very painful afterwards.

gonna pin the pegmgf later at 400mcg split.
still have my winny doses to take but ill wait til later, giving the liver a tiny rest with cycle supports because i drank about 7 beers last night. Im also working out late tonight so that should give me a boost as i dont propose to use superdrol tonight as i wont be doing much weight training.

another thing that i have been somewhat ignoring is the acne that is on my shoulders and some on my tris, very small pimples. Im not scratching them or picking at them but they still look like they are leaving marks. Also, i got haircut a few days ago and ive noticed shedding this week....shedding that i havent noticed prior.

get some java lather bro. it works well for the acne and exfoliates the skin really well. for the shedding, is there any reason why you didn't get finasteride? i mean i know side effetcs and all, but did you just say f*ck it?

I agree with you totally about the fina young Piston! I don't want anything to interfere with my DHT levels or my libido. Both go hand in hand, and both are very precious! I wouldn't be me without the DHT induced aggression, drive, and that "alpha-male" mentality!!:aargh: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

so i did a bunch of core work today and tore up calves with 3 different machines. Did some low rep bb squats and some hack squats. Didnt get to pin the pegmgf so i will do that first thing in the morning pinning in the lats then ill hit back and come home and pin the igf in the lats.

thats funny. yeah, that was the ultimate warrior video avy. I was a bit annoyed with looking at jericho too but the vid was awesome! Glad someone is enjoying the log lol.


pinning has become like taking a piss for me....its just so easy and nothing phases me either lol even when blood begins to drip down both of my arms im just like.......ok, blood, thats kinda cool. haha. Delts are my favorite by far.

Really enjoying your log, you know for the acne and the scarring, have yout ried high doses of vitamin B5? Its the best, gets rid of it in about 3 days.. hope that helps, it reduces the scarring too because the acne isnt so severe.

thanks. i was thinking today if gains are actually coming to a slowdown...i guess i just dont feel as hard and dry as last week....could be from my less than optimal sun mon where i was off from work and did some drinking and stayin at the gf's house. Im back on the grind this week. Started out awesome with my back workout so the next will be chest and i plan to keep the ball rolling. A personal record for me on flat bb bench is 315 x 3 with no help. Lets see if i can double that! i have been having a small case of tendonitis it seems down my left tri and elbow when im doing chest presses as of late so maybe its not a good idea to load too much weight on there, what do you guys think?

Btw, those protien recovery balls that i got a sample of from NP where really good! It would have to depend on cost per serving to determine if i bought that in the future. Im going to start the 50% cissus caps at 2 per day tomorrow too.

Pick up some Bulk 1-Carboxy from NP. I am out like a log and wake up completely refreshed, even if I get less than 6hrs of sleep.
 
yeah man i dont think melatonin is the answer, ive been using it for a while now and i think im addicted or something, i cant fall asleep without it but i still feel groggy in the mornings and it sucks. End up popping some stims to stay awake at work. Not a good combination.

I have an OTC med called Simply SLeep, ill just start taking that. The thing that i worry about when it comes to taking chit like this is if im gonna be all groggy when i wake up. i hate that feeling cuz itll effect my workouts.
 
I here ya, im going to go back to using Valerian Root, cheap stuff you can get from the local chemist and i think its a little more relaxing minus the groggy feeling in the morning...........dont think people realise how much having a bad nights sleep can effect your workouts and everyday life.

update, my shoulder is absolutely killing me. I believe this is because of the shot i did last monday...actually i know it is. Its only my left shoulder so i might have to take some rest days on any workouts involving it. It feels like joint pain and is sharp but i know its from the shot. possibly leaking into somewhere it shouldnt...? idk

OMG bro, I am in fkuckin love with those protein recovery balls! I ordered a 40 count tub of them. They make em in 100ct also for like $30 or so I think. WWWWAAAAYYYY better than a protein shake! I was gonna mention them in my log, but didn't want everyone buying them so they would be sold out, lmao. I say start the cissus and in a week, if the tendonitis goes away or feels better, add more weight. I would't risk an injury. That's THE WORST thing that could happen on cycle. All that hard work and those great gains down the drain. I haven't been adding weight to my delt exercises because of my joints eventhough I KNOW I can go heavier. It seems puss* like, but fkuck it, i'm NOT getting hurt! Just think, you'll bench 315 for 6 reps, you injur yourself, then what? You can say you can do 315 for 6 reps? NOPE! cuz now you can't lift for a few weeks so that your body heals. Then you gotta start all over again. Fkuck that shiz. :rasp:

you could try 25mg benadryl(diphenhydramine) It may make you a little drowsy in the morning, but it will be very mild, if anything. doesn't make me drowsy in the morning and for sleep and pre-bed drowsiness, it's king. it's like $6, so i say it's worth a shot. i also agree with the valerian root suggestion. you can buy it at your local walgreen's or other retail pharmacy. i have been contemplating getting some of ibe's x-dream. sounds like a good product. im also quite interested in it's effects on your cannabinoid receptors :)
 
chicken breast, rice, corn, boiled egg and grapefruit juice with 10mg superdrol, 1 gut health, multi, 500mg vit c for breakfast. (roughly 3pm).

30min later took a sample of EST thermostat. Then shortly after i scoop of ATW cinnabun whey on the way to the gym.
Workout started 400pm.

chest workout i didnt push to crazy on the weight. I used the hammer strength upright flat bench (ive been using this alot more now because i get a better squeeze and less stress on shoulders). then 3 sets of flat bb only going up to 225lbs. incline dbs @ last set 95lbs x 8. incline hammer strength 2 sets. machine pec flys. low cable crossover. Left arm/shoulder giving me problems again.

Ive been adopting something ive read Mike Matarazzo say..."never do an ending set with lighter weight. my last set was always my heaviest. finishing with a light set is anticlimatic; its only an excuse to stop working hard. you have to leave your muscle with its memory of having being shocked by heavy weight, not light weight"

postwo, 20mcg igf1 into each pec. 2 scoops of Relentless. one banana and 25mg winstrol and 500mg vit-c.

half pound ahi poke...again.

some other things that i cant quite remember....now im at work until 630am when i get off.

i have a pegmgf shot lined up either before bed or first thing in the morning, depending if i decide to work shoulders tomorrow if i do then ill pin prewo.

got my test deca shot tomorrow as well, plan is to just go with quads.... .5cc of deca300, .7cc of test 500

exactly. its a good ol boy thing. there was obviously better qualified guys to choose from that applied. What did they accomplish with that? Hooking up some bros is what they accomplished. whatever tho, im over it. The main reason i didnt get picked is because the higher ups said the reps had to be continental US.
 
.5cc deca 300, .7cc test 500 into right quad with 23g. First pass hit a nerve relocated and pinned. went in smoothly compared to with a 25g.

venom hyperdrive preworkout with a scoop of ultra peptide 2.0 banana cream! yum :thumbsup:

did a bunch of ab and oblique work then 35min cardio on eliptical followed by some weighted leg lifts.

last day of proviron 25mg. (gonna "replace" with 30-40mg m5aa spread thru the day, not prewo as usual. only for about 5 days.)

i laid off the pegmgf until tomorrow for shoulder,trap, tri training.

225lbs and definately bigger and more defined, less bf too. I still need to get that measured.

Noticing a drop in libido and no random woodys anymore :( im not feeling that. Also noticing more atrophy downstairs. Im pretty fed up with females at the moment so i could careless. Im gonna make myself less available, focus more on training and cutting out the fckn drama and stress these few women are giving me at the moment.

dude, honestly most of my time is spent with chicks. I have alot of guy friends too but due to work schedules, private life, gfs, family etc i dont get to spend much time at all with them. So most of my free time hanging out is with females. Really getting on my fckn nerves right now, for different reasons. Im just gonna be a loner for a bit. Ive never hit a girl before (besides my sister lol) but damn, must be all these wife beaters ive been wearing cuz man theyre gettin me real fired up. Im the fckn man anyway so theyll be missing me :D

This was my way of thinking for the past few years bro, lmao. This is why so many bro's just f*ck em 'n leave em. And chicks wonder why we don't want relationships, dating, engagements, etc. PPPPPFFFFFFFFTTTTTTT! lol.
