Yup. I took one thing as essential from the HST method, and that is Strategic Deconditioning. It really works to just take a 9-14 days off every couple months or so. But, during that time I start to feel my moods getting the better of me again. Never as bad as it used to be, but I still feel the difference. That's also one of the reasons I'm very hesitant about using PH/PS, because of their effects on mood, especially the crash during PCT.Billy the kid said:It definitely keeps my mood on an even keel. It amazes me though, how many people I know who use some form of antidepressant. A couple are really good friends, and I always encourage them to workout in addition to the meds. Don't have the heart to tell some of them that they may as well be taking a sugar pill instead of the meds though.
