I just bought a sunrise stimulating alarm clock for $115 ...ouch

All AM members live together in a cyber-collective-consciousness.

It makes for quite the cuddle-puddle, lemme tell ya.

By the way... am I the only one who looked at this thread because it said "I just bought something something STIMULATING something or other" ? hahahaha

Worked well for her this morning. The light woke her up, but the beeping (the failsafe in case the light doesn't work) wasn't enough for her when she tried that out--she's a heavy sleeper.

I'm gonna try it tonight and see if it works for me.

so you`ll say its worth the money?

the way i was gently woken up, yes definitely worth every penny. i had never been so naturally, "unnaturally" woken up before, so naturally that i think i woke up by a fluke.... so im testing it again and if i indeed wake up to the light again, this is the best buy ever!

and as far as the beeping noise is concerned, i didn't expect to get woken up with that anyways, as kwyck mentioned, im a heavy sleeper, i had to go back to target three times for three different alarm clocks bc they weren't loud enough to wake me

So far no success for either me or gimpy, and i'm not such a heavy sleeper. I sleep right through the light and don't wake-up until the alarm goes off.

RMA time.

I've been woke up by the sun...3-4 hours after it was already shining. I just don't see how a brighter room could wake me up.

I've got an alarm clock - my dog.

When he's ready to eat or go pizz - he'll come lick my face until I get up.

 booo im so sad it didnt work for me. it sucks being a heavy sleeper (i slept through a 6.0 earthquake)

:aargh: back to my blaring alarm clock. the clock is so loud and annoying that my dog howls to it every morning.

btw, i made sure i was able to get a refund if needed before spending so much on a clock, who wouldn't?

so i guess you`re from Cali?

Well I found a really cool alarm in the latest muscle magazine. It has a disk you put under your bed and when the alarm goes off it vibrates the whole bed, as well as has lights and noise that goes off. It was cheap too. I'll look later for the website.
