I had run out of cissus and my tendonitis came back (and switched arms?)
with a vengeance. After cissus for a week everything is kosher like i never had it

switched arms..let me get this correct on example.

you had tendonitis issue with your right arm. You ceased cissus and you have tendonitis in the left hand and not the right.

yes. Very strange.
Reaggravated a ankle injury last week, couldnt hardly walk for 2 days, now im back training hard.. dose has to be 3 2x a day though, 2 2x a day didnt do it for me.

Yeah all last week after hard pad work and sparring my right arm was in major pain, same pain that made me get cissus in the first place, but when i started taking cissus it was my left arm that hurt..
So bizzarre
