So my shoulders have been tight for awhile, but recently it's gotten worse and I have decided to not do any other lifts until this issue is fixed. I went to tie my shoes the other day and as I moved my right arm over to my left shoe to tie it, I felt a strong pulling and pain shoot from the bottom on my right shoulder blade all the way to the back of my elbow. I've looked up rehab videos, but I want to get some anecdotal information of what has worked best for you guys.
