I Hate Cardio! Please Help Me Formutech Endurance.

Easter Sunday: Light legs

Wanted to get a little work in before having our Easter. I should have stayed home, since some guy ruined my day.

Went to gym fasted
2 Natural EFX Pre
1 Scoop Alphamine
1 cap Vanillean

1.5 Scoops Endurance sipped pre/intra

Elliptical 10min warmup

Leg press: Didn't want to go heavy, so skipped the sled, and used the life fitness one
10x10 360lbs

Decided to do some calf raises while sitting there
10x10 360lbs sucks the machines only go that high, but better that loading a bunch of plates on light stuff lol

Leg curl machine:
Here is where it got interesting!!
10x10 190lbs

Half way through the this exercise I notice a guy on another leg machine staring at me. Granted I was sitting the making notes on my phone, but I wanted to give myself about a minute rest, in between the 10 sets!

He walks over and stands in front of me. I wear Beats Solo's so I couldn't just pop an ear bud out, I remove the headphones and say "What's Up"
He says " You should be on there no more than 4 minutes, come on." I was like Um, and he goes "I need to work in here." I start getting up so he can jump in, and he says " No just finish" I said no it's all yours, and kind of flip my hand out like here you go buddy F you.
Then he says you need to just bang the sets out, or you "WILL NEVER BE FIT"

The guy was not in very good shape, I don't know who the F he thought he was. He the sits down, moves it from 190lbs, to 65lbs. Does 10 really fast reps, and walks away.

He stared at me for rest of time, did like 10 reps, on 5 machines, and walked out all hardcore.

Leg Extensions: While being stared at
10x10 can't remember weight I quit tracking stuff at this point

Assisted Pull Ups: Since my back/bi workout was cute short from skin breaking pump Saturday
3 sets to failure

try to hit at least 200g dude. 138 is way too low when you're cutting
 
I know, I really try lol. My appetite is crushed most of day and shakes, food make me sick to think about. So I'm sure my body starts eating my muscle, and my fat stays there.

sometimes you just have to force yourself, want it or not. its for the greater good, my man!

If it weren't for fat free cottage cheese and tuna/chicken I don't know where I'd get all my proteins from.

I would probably take a stim break after Alphamine. At least a couple weeks. Natural should be able to help you curb appetite. Just my two cents.

I would agree. Alphamine is a pretty strong stimulant. I know I need another stim break, but I just can't right now. These hours at work are killing a brother. Maybe in a couple weeks after this BRC stuff has finished.
 
Yesterday

Went to do some Chest/Tris the gym was PACKED again. I need to get back to going at 5AM lol.

It was hard to even get any sets in, but the good thing is I was running around jumping in to where I could. So heart rate stayed up.

Did not get chance to record weight/reps etc.

Incline Dumbbell 10x10
Pushdowns 10x10
cable flys 10x10
One arm pushdowns 10x10
reverse one arm 10x10

I was going heavier than I had been. I took 2 scoops ENDURANCE and felt like I couldn't get sore.
More pushdowns 3 to failure 100lbs

Some exercises like the one arm pushdowns and flys, I did more than 10 reps, because I felt like I wasn't getting any burn. I <3 2 scoops lol.

Notes: 2 scoops are sweet. If the gym wouldn't have been so packed, I may have done 200's instead of 100's lol
Natural EFX is no joke on diuretic took 6caps, had to get up 3 times in middle of night. I never get up once at night

Calories were a little high trying to get protein up

I might take a slight STIM break. I will be starting Versa1 too, which is supposed to stack nice with a stim. i have 11 weeks left until I see my sister and family in NC for the first time in like 10 years lol. I want to be as less of a FATTY as I can by then.

I hate when that happens! My wife usually works until 7 and I get off at 5. So I wait 2 hours then every once in awhile she decides when she home she doesn't want to go but......I go anyways and she sometimes gets mad at me haha

At least they go with y'all. Mine will use our treadmill when I can get it working, but she doesn't want to go with me or lift at home. Well, she's lifted 5-6 times in the last year.

If I can get my BF to around 10% I bet she will...

Decided to try a shoulder only workout. It has been a while since I have done that. I had a nagging pain for about 6mos, but it appears to have healed, fingers crossed.

I mixed some high volume 100's, and some failure stuff together. It was kind of hodge podge.

I did try somethings I saw in Breezy11's training log!

Natural EFX was taken 2Caps Am and 2Caps Lunch
Endurance Mixed 2 scoops right of the bat, because I new shoulders were going to wear me out lol

Hammer Strength Shoulder Press 10x10 100lbs
Arnold Press 10x10 25's

Following Two Exercises Supersetted
Front Delt Raise 10x10 20's and 15's with the short 20-30 sec rest I had to keep alternating between 20 and 15lbs lol
DB Shrugs 3x failure 80's

Also supersetted
Bentover Laterals 3x12 25's
Spider Crawls 3x25 <--- People looked at me weird, but OMG did my shoulders burn!

Incline DB Swings(Destroyer Set)
30x40lbs
20x25lbs
20x20lbs
10x10lbs

Finished with one more set of Spider Crawls just because they felt awesome

Notes: Felt really good throughout the workout. 2 scoops of Endurance really helped
Not as sore this morning as I thought I would be
Delts were super pumped, this was with no pre or pump product

Yeah, I was going to eat some more before bed. But I was relaxed and skipped it lol. I'm sure I will be over some this weekend. I just hope I can not go waaaaay overboard like last weekend.

Elliptical 30Mins High Intensity

Dosed 2 Natural EFX
1 Vanillean
1.5 Scoops Alphamine Pre
1 scoop Endurance Intra

That should have smacked some fat cells
 
Does the protein shake date matter? Mine is 4-5 year old. :)
I don't take it for protein though. I eat what I'm supposed to in protein and do a shake if I am short on calories.

Also, what's alphamine?

And while I'm asking a noob question, what does Versa 1 do? I have a bottle but don't want to take it while I'm logging something. I read that it's for focus? Is that something I take when bulking, or cutting, or ?

Alphamine is a fat burner/pre workout by PES LiveToLift should be able to tell u more.

Versa-1 is by USP and is supposed to support muscle anabolism. Would be good on a bulk or a cut.

Thanks for jumping in man. I will second everything you said about Alphamine. It makes me feel great and destroys my appetite. At times 2 scoops is a little strong for me, so I sip on it over a few hours.

Stacking it with Natural EFX this last week, I have had to force myself to eat. When's last time a 300 lb obese person said that? Lol

Concentration preacher curls 3 to failure 35s
Concentration hammer curls 3 to failure 35s. These I do as many as I can over preacher bench, then change grip to hammer till failure

Assisted pull-ups 3 sets to failure. I remember back in the day where I didn't need assistance. Hope to get back to that.

Notes: the cardio warmup was a breeze. Endurance is best intra product I have used during cardio.
My pump was insane again, without a pre.
My focus on all sets was insane. I was extremely locked in. I was killing the negatives.
Hardly any soreness.
I'm starting to see some definition, and veins. I think the Natural EFX is playing a good role in that.

I didn't track cals or macros today. Been super busy hanging out with my oldest daughter. I think I ate decent tho.

Last week I had what seemed like a whole Cheat Weekend. I mean I ate Dennys Bacon and White Chocolate stuffed french toast for f#@k sakes, and half a frozen pizza and was down like 4lbs I think it was. Too mad to go back and check

This weekend I ate basically clean all weekend, except a cupcake at a BDay party. I have checked weight Sat, Sun, Mon and I'm still up a pound.

I would have thought that I would have dropped over the last week. I am looking leaner in upper body, which I like. However, at 300lbs I would think the fat would melt off. I guess I need to reevaluate what I'm doing. I know it's possible to drop a ton of fat, in a short time. I did it back in 06.

dont worry about it brother, you probably just need to drop a turd. not kidding. happens to me all the time. also, try to cut down on your salt and drink more water, see if that helps too

Lol. True. I do know that my sodium intake was way up last week while aiming for the 200g of protein. I drink a little over a gallon of water a day.

I'm happy that my clothes are fitting better, and the mirror is showing progress. I would just like to kick it up a notch somehow. I guess I could do like the reality tv shows Biggest Loser, I used to be fat, Extreme Weight loss etc and try to go AM fasted Cardio, lift after work, then go home and ride an exercise bike for 3 hours straight while watching tv lol
 
Sodium is a killer for me also. I don't add salt to anything, but my mg's are always high.

Was actually 67 degrees out. Now it's pouring and we have chance for snow on Friday. Gotta love the Midwest.

Since it was nice took the dog for a long walk. Tonight will be Chest/Tri's

Notes: Diuretic effect from Natural EFX is diminishing. I am ok with that because, the first week I'm surprised I didn't have an accident lol.
Will be starting Lean EFX Refined on Friday probably

I Was wrong about the diuretic effect of Natural EFX lol. It still is kicking in hard, I have to literally sprint to bathroom at time.

Chest/Tris

Took my last Volatile sample 30mins pre.
Took 2 scoops Endurance pre-post

All Exercises were done with roughly 30 secs or less rest.

Incline Press Machine 1pps 10x10 so roughly 120lbs with the 45's and starting weight. Its amazing how heavy 1pps is by the 8th set

Decline Press Machine 1pps 10x10
SS with assisted dips 10x10 The focus from the Volatile really helped here, I was pausing at bottom, and really concentrated on movement

VBar Pushdowns 10x10 started at 100lbs dropping to 85lbs for sets 5-10
SS with Cable crossovers 10x10 40lbs

One arm pushdown 10x10 like 27lbs or something, Tris were super pumped at this pint. Tried to take pic, but it didn't do justice
SS With throwing a 10lb medicine ball against the trampoline, concentrating on squeezing and exploding from chest

Finished pushups against the bench press bar 5 sets to failure

Elliptical 7mins at the end. I had to stop I was getting nauseous. Too many supps, to little food

Doesn't look like much typed out, but I was spent.

Notes: Volatile gave me an amazing pump. I wish I would have had more so I could try 1.5 scoops since the stim was even a little low for me at 1 scoop. It's on my purchase list down the road

Endurance at 2 scoops is really awesome. I have a hard time getting sore, even with the high volume.

I wanted to get a shake in before bed, but my stomach was insanely upset. I actually woke up at 1:30 mouth watering like I was going to vomit, but I talked myself out of it. Didn't want to waste my calories lol.

We discussed sodium before, without talking super ripped dudes in contest prep( sixxer ) lol What is a good healthy number to hit each day, I see some days I'm getting like 6,000mg that's heart attack waiting to happen
